Great place for couples or singles within just a few blocks of thriving downtown Pensacola. Only a short drive to our famous sugar white beaches. This cottage is small, but the whole place is yours, and the two original rooms, which were built in 1940, have 9 1/2 foot ceilings with magnificent crown moldings. This place was perfect. Nice big fenced in backyard that our dogs could enjoy. Tons of outdoor seating and a beautiful pool. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, but yet only a 10 minute drive in any direction to plenty of good restaurants. Would defiantly stay here again.

Barry was an excellent host, starting with his kindness. He offered me an early check-in and a later check-out at no extra cost. The property is nicer than the photos, quiet, comfortable, and has everything you need. The jacuzzi adds a little something extra. The property is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and various activities. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend staying at Jaime’s little cottage. It was stocked with all the comfort things: water, snacks, coffee, teas, extra soft throws for watching tv and plenty of room to spread out. The cottage itself is in a historic neighborhood and Jaime has successfully kept her home true to the architecture and interior of its original time period with elegant modern touches. The cottage was also spotless, fresh, and inviting. We stayed only 1 night on our way to Saratoga, but I will remember this cottage for future visits to Pensacola.
