Everything was exactly as described in the listing! Close to everything! The backyard and the pool were our favorite spots! So relaxing and the fenced in yard was awesome for our fur babies! Natalie was also very accommodating with check in and check out. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Ian’s cottage! It’s cute, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of space for our crew of 5 adults. Ian was super responsive, and even checked in with us during our stay to ensure all was going well. The location is great, close to great restaurants and the beach / beach activities. We will definitely be back!

Claire’s place was just as described. The coffee shop and Five Sisters Blues Cafe are highly recommended. We walked everyday and explored the area. Some of our favorite areas were Palafox (market on Saturday, Bruce Park and the waterfront behind the stadium.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

Kateryna was an excellent host. Checked in to see that I arrived and was able to check in without issue. Offered her services if I needed recommendations. Her Airbnb is in the most perfect location with easy access to Pensacola, Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. It’s a little gem of a place with an eclectic style…a little bit of Ole Florida. Enjoyed my stay immensely and highly recommend Kateryna and her home.

I will be staying here again. I literally have relatives who live a few doors down. I remember when these homes were built and have always felt at home in that area. We now live elsewhere, but came in town for Thanksgiving and hosted family here in this home. it was perfect for our gathering.

so close to the beach you can feel it. Hidden retreat. Duplex, first time staying in one. Other guests didn't arrive until our second night. They had pups, cool we had one. Really enjoyed the space, vibe and atmosphere. Would have loved to have a kuerig pod pot, instead of the stained coffee glass decanter, and hot pad. We did find coffee filters, so that was a plus. Utilized dishware , coffee cups and a few pieces of silverware. Handwashed before leaving. Had plenty of bags, 3 rolls toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels. Clean, cool and comforts of home. Would book again, and recommend.
