Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown, Pensacola

We evacuated ahead of Hurricane Helene and were thankful to find this place in Pensacola where we could still work and store our refrigerated/frozen goods while our power was out back home. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the Palafox area and we got lucky that the Pensacola Seafood Festival was going on in the Seville District. We parked out front and felt safe walking everywhere. The kitchen had everything we needed, too. Bed was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful week in Perdido Key! The condo was great, the location was very nice with access to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Olga was an excellent host, communicated very well and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! We would love to come back again next year!

The stay was great. Jocelyn gave very clear instructions to follow for both check in, and check out. Place was as advertised. We had 6 adults, 2 children and 2 infants. Only issue was cleanliness…upon entering, we found a large kitchen knife under the recliner in the living room. We also searched for 30 minutes in attempt to find a baking pan in the unit, to end up finding 2 of them the following night under the stove. Yes under. Not in the drawer, actually under the stove where my husband also swept out a ton of garbage and food and nastiness. We also went to do laundry and I noticed the lint trap in the back of the dryer. Took it out to check it and clean it only to find a 3 inch thick full lint trap. I would advise your cleaners to check this more often or leave some sort of note to remind your guests to clean this to avoid a fire hazard. I am sure that Jocelyn uses a cleaning crew so they may need to be coached on proper cleaning but Jocelyn and her place were otherwise great!

Vickie’s home was as beautiful as the pictures. My daughter and I were hoping to stay somewhere exceptional to celebrate her 21st birthday and this home was perfect! It was beautiful, immaculate and cozy. Vickie and her husband were very responsive to all our needs and I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a *5 Star Plus* place to stay in Pensacola FL.

Beautiful space, very clean...just wish there was a tv in the bedroom because my husband took over the one in the living area....but absolutely no complaints....it is very close to Maritime park...which is where our event was.....

Big thanks for this one! Running from Hurricane Milton had us making a decision on the fly and boy are we glad we did! We loved the space and bunk beds in the second bedroom. The kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. Definitely will suggest to our family that come to the panhandle regularly. Thanks again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb in the heart of Pensacola, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the incredibly clean and inviting atmosphere of the space.

Caroline was a great host. She had flexible check in and checkout hours, and was very communicative. House was clean and fully stocked with essentials. Enjoyed my stay!

It was a great house!! Plenty of room for everyone!! Jeff was on it with any questions we had.

The place was perfect for our needs. The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog Lucy. Pam was a great host and quick to answer any and all questions. Will definitely stay here again.

wonderful stay on the bay. quiet and gorgeous views of the clear, calm waves. walkable to peg leg Petes and to the Gulf side, even with kids! the baby gate and pack n play as well as outdoor sand toys made it much more convenient with the kids. pool was directly next to the building and clean with ample lounge chairs. loved our stay!

This was a great spot. loved the accommadations. very clean. very nice. we will be booking again next time we are in the area.

We had such a wonderful time, the home was just as described and even better. It was one of the best places we have stayed in and kids was a pleasure. The home was clean and she had it very organized and well stocked, we could not have asked for more. I definitely recommend it!

We were in town for the Blue Angels air show and got to enjoy some beach time, too. Location was great for restaurants, easy walk across the street to beach, and only 25 minutes to the Naval base for the show. Not a fancy place, but it was well cleaned and stocked. Just what we needed and a wonderful hostess!! Thank you!

We enjoyed Kimberley’s space. We enjoyed it for approximately one month while working in the area. She had it stocked with everything needed. She was prompt with all communication and needs.

Great location. Easy access to beach and close to all of the restaurants. Really enjoyed the beach items that were available to guests. Would for sure stay here again.

The condo is in a great location, steps to the beach via a private walkway. The balconies overlook the pool and the hot tub. Maintenace staff was readily available, although I had no issues or concerns. Quiet, but with the expected level of noise for a vacation rental. Martha is a great host and goes above and beyond to be available and make sure you enjoy your stay!!

Great stay! I was pleased to find pool/beach toys and chairs and towels and all kinds of things for us to use. We had a blast!

Kim was great to work with. Very easy to contact and quick to respond. The condo was very clean and the entire complex was quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. The space wasn't fancy but felt very homey and had everything we needed for the weekend. Will definitely stay with Kim again if we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Robyn’s place! Very close to Perdido Key beach and the pool was SO relaxing and clean. The condo was great; Robyn also left a lot of great tips on what to see/do in the area! If you are looking for a lot of action, Pensacola Beach may be better location wise, but if you are coming strictly for the beaches and relaxation, this is an awesome place! Would come back!
