Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, Pensacola

Me and my family were in town for my brother's wedding and Caroline's place was perfect for us. It was very clean, very spacious and had everything that we needed during our stay! Caroline was very accessible and easy to communicate with! We loved our stay!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Home was just as described, was very well stocked with everything that we needed, was very clean and was very spacious for my family! Paul communicated with us prior to check in and every step of the way. Even provided homemade cookies and assorted snacks and drinks for us upon arrival, which was a very nice touch after a long day of travel. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house highly! No issues with our stay at all and we had a very nice mini-vacation for my family here! Very good experience - 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon's place. This unit has everything you need to feel at home, and the location is perfect for a business trip or vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

5 star experience. The house was clean, just like the pictures. Very comfortable and cozy. We would stay here again.

Brooke was very nice and let us check in a couple hours early and stay 2 hours later bc we had our older grandparents with us and time change so it was very helpful to have the extra time at check out. She was responsive in a timely manner. When I took out the pack n play for my daughter, I noticed the leg was bent a little. so I just let her know that we didn't do it. She actually offered to bring over another one. I said that wasn't necessary but very thoughtful. The house was clean and had beautiful live plants which made it feel comfortable and just look nice. Everything we needed was readily available. We even had an air mattress that we didn't know we would need but we ended up using it. The stay was very lovely and in a great neighborhood. Even the neighbors were friendly and spoke to us on the way out. Next time we need a place in the area, we definitely would love to stay here again. It was very spacious so no one was stepping on top of each other like you do in a hotel.

Going back to your hometown as a "tourist" is always tricky. Tammie's place was perfect! We were just 2-3 blocks from the parade and all the amazing downtown restaurants! When we go home, this is where we will be staying for sure!

Awesome unit across the street from the beach, in walking distance to Florabama and waffle house. It's a nice spacious unit that is well kept, probably one of the bigger Airbnbs I've stayed in personally. If you're going for the beaches do note that some of the beaches are privately owned and that public beach accesses can sometimes be over a mile apart. We were able to go through the beach access a mile up the road, next to the Crab Trap Restaurant. All in all, the unit is a great place to stay and very close to many things to do.

Beautiful place to stay! The neighborhood was quiet and walkable with sidewalks. There is reserved parking in front, but plenty of other street parking if necessary. The kitchen was nice to have and there had everything you might need to cook a meal (pots, pans, spatulas, knives, salt/pepper and olive oil). Suite 1 has a private entrance with a porch and chairs to enjoy the outdoors but there is also a few other places to relax on the property with seating. They also offer bikes but we didn’t end up using them.

Enjoyed the short stay. Clean, quiet, and safe area. Parking on a busy street would be the only con. I was always able to find a parking space close to the Airbnb . I would book again.

Great location and plenty of room. It was very cold during our visit- but heat worked and there were extra bankets. We would definitely stay here again. This place had everything you need and was easy to get to beaches, town and bases.

Wonderful studio apartment setup and a very comfortable stay! The apartment is fully stocked with all the amenities we needed and more, and Marcella was a great and responsive host, even allowing us to check-in a few hours early.

I highly recommend staying with Julie. She’s very friendly and helpful and genuinely cares about your experience. The place was clean and neat. Directions and access details were clear and easy to use. My family and I had a wonderful time!

Staying a month provided me an economical accommodation in a location right across the street from the beach. Restaurants, grocery stores and many other things located very close. Also a great place to talk and jog!

Michelle thought of everything you could possibly need to have the best beach vacation. Beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, paddle boards, you name it. We stayed for two weeks, and from the moment we stepped inside we felt right at home. The beach is right across the street, but if you just want to sit outside, there’s a nice lawn area right outside the property on the bay. The corner unit also has a balcony with comfortable chairs to sit, relax, and enjoy the view of the bay. Keep an eye out for jumping fish! As for the inside, you have every amenity imaginable, well decorated, and most importantly, a comfortable mattress. Michelle is an incredible host, very responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve had the pleasure of renting from. We look forward to our next visit!

The condo is in a great location, steps to the beach via a private walkway. The balconies overlook the pool and the hot tub. Maintenace staff was readily available, although I had no issues or concerns. Quiet, but with the expected level of noise for a vacation rental. Martha is a great host and goes above and beyond to be available and make sure you enjoy your stay!!

Place exceded expectations. Beds were all very comfortable, even the pull out couch! Everything that was needed to cook in the kitchen, plenty of towels, covers, and pillows. Bathroom has everything you’d need. Place was super clean. They even helped us celebrate my husband’s birthday! Amenities were great, the sauna was awesome, indoor pool was perfect temperature, outdoor Pool was beautiful . Thoughtful touches like snacks and beach accessories. They’ve thought of everything.

Our 5 week stay came with all of the things needed to make our stay comfortable without having to go out of our way to buy anything extra. Vanessa was easily available for questions or any issues We may have had. She immediately took care of the cable TV problem we encountered and also of the noisy neighbors having a party in the unit below us. I highly recommended this rental property

Pete’s place was a great find - it’s in a really walkable location (a nice breakfast place is just downstairs, and there’s other restaurants around, plus the beach is right across the street). Comfortable, clean, quiet, a very nice host … just perfect!
