My recent stay at Caroline’s Airbnb in Pensacola was fantastic! The house was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly spacious. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable and at home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect spot for a family trip or a small group getaway. Caroline was a gracious and responsive host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It feels like you’re visiting a family home in all the best ways. They literally thought of everything and it was the most enjoyable stay. They even decorated for Christmas and it was nothing short of magical. We will definitely be back again!

Darina was amazing. We had a last minute situation pop up at another location and thought we would have to cut our stay short and head back home. We had a great experience a previous time we stayed at her home so we contacted her to see if she could make her place available that night. Somehow she did and we got to finish our vacation! We obviously highly recommend staying at her place!

Our family truly enjoyed our visit to Pensacola and the convenience of this Airbnb. Plenty of room for all four of us and our dogs loved the backyard and daily walks to the park. The walk to Bruce Beach overlooking the bay is easy and such a gorgeous spot for kids to play and adults to unwind. The beds are super comfortable and the rest of the furniture works great in the space. Hangers available for our clothes and plenty of kitchen supplies made this the perfect home away from home for a week. Will definitely rent again for future visits.

We evacuated ahead of Hurricane Helene and were thankful to find this place in Pensacola where we could still work and store our refrigerated/frozen goods while our power was out back home. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the Palafox area and we got lucky that the Pensacola Seafood Festival was going on in the Seville District. We parked out front and felt safe walking everywhere. The kitchen had everything we needed, too. Bed was very comfortable.

This was an ideal spot for us while passing through. The place was immaculate and we absolutely loved eating at the very local seafood restaurant just steps away. Thank you so much!

This beautiful place was even better in person! When I walked it, I was blown away by home incredible it was. Extremely well done and preserved, and comfortable and cozy. Spacious living space, great kitchen, beautiful yard. I look forward to staying here again!

A hidden gem in downtown Pensacola. Very quaint and private with beautiful furnishings. Olivia was very responsive and informative of all instructions . I recommend for a weekend getaway to attend concerts, events and Gallery Night.

Jamie was a great host! He was very helpful and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. They were so nice and made it a great experience! The place was great for the four of us that stayed, and was very spacious! Nice places to walk, quick drive to restaurants and beaches, safe neighborhood, and much more! Overall was a great stay and when in the area again, will definitely be coming back!

This is a really nice place! Communication was prompt and very helpful. I was worried about being able to find parking, but it turned out to not be a problem as there was plenty of street parking on very quiet streets. Well-equipped and super clean. I'm looking forward to coming back!

Julie was great! When she found out I wasn’t going to get there until after dark, she made a special trip to turn the lights on so I wouldn’t have to walk into a dark house! She was responsive to all my questions! The place was beautiful, homey, and quiet, well except for the band playing at the tiki bar, but as promised they were done by 10pm, so it was quite acceptable!! I would definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay here! The view from the balcony was relaxing and peaceful. Michelle provided clear instructions regarding checking in and out which made it a breeze. The place itself is beautifully decorated and had so many thoughtful touches. It really had everything we needed and more! 100% recommend staying here!!

The condo is in a great location, steps to the beach via a private walkway. The balconies overlook the pool and the hot tub. Maintenace staff was readily available, although I had no issues or concerns. Quiet, but with the expected level of noise for a vacation rental. Martha is a great host and goes above and beyond to be available and make sure you enjoy your stay!!

yes , an awesome place ..walkable distance to the beach or 3 minutes drive whichever is good for you, amazing people ..very responsive. we will stay again

Very comfortable and beachfront that is very good

Really wanted to stay on the Gulf and accidentally booked on the bay. The bay at Pensacola is beautiful and clear. We could still see the beach/ ocean waves from our front door. Off the back balcony we could hear the waves at the bay just like Oceanside. Perfect location!

Upon arrival we were impressed. Pete's place was sparkly clean and so comfortable. His place had everything we needed. It was so conveniently located within walking distance to everything
