Very nice accommodation, the most equipped in the kitchen, it even had a washing machine. All the beds are extra large. It's a bit far away, you have to get around by vehicle

I just want to start by saying Paco is the best host we have ever had in our 20+ air bnb stays.Our previous scheduled transportation didn't show up and he found transportation very last minute for us which was not his job but he was nothing but helpful. The check in was a little confusing but he was quick to reply and help. I would recommend anyone to his properties as his pictures really don't do them justice

It was very nice! The house was very clean and beautiful. We stayed here for 14 days Enjoyd them all ! Everyone needs to know the garden is beautiful the pool is great and Marco is a great host ! Will definitely come back again

Very pleasant stay. He was always available, sending me directions and recommendations. Inside the house, he gives you suggestions on how to use everything you need and recommendations for restaurants. The place is very quiet. Confortable and pleasant stay! Ann was very quick to answer our questions and there is a local manager, Alejandra, who is very helpful and available. It is better if you have a car because you are about 15 minutes drive to downtown Playa Del Carmen. Also 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. Condo as described and well furnished. Plenty of towels available for the beach but no chairs or umbrella. We enjoy our stay!

We rented for the kitchen and stayed due to the extra touches (each room has a city theme (NYC, London, and Paris). The neighborhood is vey friendly, with lots of kids, and the neighbors are quick to help each other. Esteban and his team are friendly, responsive, and quickly complete the work. Before renting be aware of the location. A tremendous value, it is FAR from the beach, ~10k steps.

Great place, very affordable, have a very nice kitchen, everything you need is available in the kitchen. Nice pool. Great, sweet host. Definitely will be staying next time in town. By the way, they are very friendly, I can put my luggage’s in their place after a check out, which is very helpful that way I don’t have to drag me luggage around.

Makul 12 is a gem of a unit. the place has plenty of space and has a great modern feel. there is ample space outside for BBQ gatherings pool and nice jacuzzi. beach is a 20 min walk away . security is good . Mario is always around to help with anything. kitchen is well equipped. I stayed there with my family for a week . was able to explore the real Mexico. a car is handy to have to explore. the airport is an hour away. very centrally located . this unit can host 3 couples easily. the bedrooms all have king-size beds . thank you for hosting this unit. highly recommended .

Everything excellent!! Marco Julio was very attentive and willing to wait at the time you need!! The house is very beautiful and with all the amenities working perfectly!! Loved it will definitely be back there.

Excellent accommodation in relation to the price, good location, Eduardo was always available for any questions or comments. In my case it was the First time we used an Airbnb and we didn't know how it worked. Key box, we thought that when we put the code they send you, it was like the lock lock, and it's not, but Eduardo helped us and everything was excellent.
