Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cozumel

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

We had a great time at Fanny’s place. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, the neighbourhood was private and quiet and felt very safe. Fanny is very sweet and kind and helped with all of our questions. It’s without doubt, one of the best stays I’ve had! Highly recommended!

A good option to stay, a quiet area, 24-hour surveillance. Communication with Nayeli, who lets you in and out of the house, is very good and if you have any questions she answers messages quickly, guides you and is always kind.

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

Cynthya and her husband were vacationing next door. They were very friendly and helpful. Erika, the house manager, was also nice and quick to answer to questions. The house is big and comfortable. Location is great to get to Cancun, beaches, local entertainment and restaurants. We had a great time!!

CecyAnn was a very responsive host getting back quickly to my inquiries. The home was as described and was comfortable and private. There was a very nice pool directly across the drive from our entry door. Great wi-fi. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. A small private patio right off the dining area via the Patio door. Shower pressure was adequate and we had no issues with hot water for showers. Within a block is the Club House with exercise equipment and a snack bar . The food was good and very reasonably priced. Very nice and accommodating servers. More pools outside the clubhouse with lap pool and tennis court. In all, this is a great bargain. I highly recommend and would definitely return in the future.

Wow, great vacation . Adorable hosts and very quick to respond to questions! If you have hot water issues or anything else, be sure they'll respond quickly! It was a pleasure to meet them and spend our vacation with them . We recommend the place for your stay

I had a lovely stay with this Airbnb host! While the space needed to be cleaned more thoroughly upon arrival, the host was quick to address it and got a cleaning company to come in, which I really appreciated. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always willing to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness truly stood out. They even cooked for me, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch! Their dogs were absolutely adorable—one of them got so excited every time I came in or out, which was both sweet and funny. My own dog had a great time, too, and really enjoyed their company. Overall, I was happy with my experience and grateful for how accommodating the host was

It was perfect place for our weekend in Playa. The Apartment being on the same floor as the roof top pool was a bonus. Close to great restaurants and entertainment on the north end of 5th Ave. We would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was a dream, looked exactly like the photos. The interior is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Asaf was super responsive, helped us find a driver and provided us great restaurants to visit and things to do around town. Very kid friendly as well!

Everything was great!! Brand new apartment but felt just like home, everything inside was brand new and of great quality. Location was great and very close to quinta avenida. I did not have the time the use rooftop amenities but it was beautiful and great views. I will definitely stay here next time i come to Playa. Gaston was super helpful.

Tthe property looked exactly like the photos and was as described. the host was responsive as well. We had a great stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Just as others have mentioned it's about a 10-minute drive from town so you'll either need a car or will have to catch taxis.

Very good stay, highly recommended, spacious house, everything you need in the kitchen, fans and air conditioning, bath towels needed even for the beach, in short, very comfortable, hoping to return soon.

Two couples visiting for a weekend. Location is great if you want to be smack in the middle of 5 Avenida action in Playa. The apartment is really nice, clean, and well furnished with everything as promised, including a nice BBQ next to the rooftop pool. We would definitely return here.
