Cozumel is a tourist place that offers many attractions such as: the Punta Sur park, the ruins of San Gervasio, the beaches of the east coast. We also have a very good selection of restaurants. The apartment is spacious. In addition to having your own kitchen and private bathroom, you can enjoy the common areas such as the garden, the pool and the terraces. We have a great location. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers.

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in, loved the layout and double window. Also a bathroom downstairs and upstairs. Hot water is not an issue if you run the hot water through the bathroom tap same time as shower - we had no problem getting consistent hot water this way 😀 the apartment felt like a home from home, it has everything you could need and really love all the small touches thought of by the owner. It was super clean, the garden is a lovely space, plenty of room to sit and enjoy (unfortunately not the pool for us as weather was not on our side!) very walkable to main areas (10 min walk to 5th Avenue) and lots of lavanderías nearby if you need your clothes washed! If I was to come to playa again I’d make sure to book Ivan’s place! Thank you for a great stay 😀

We enjoyed having the the apartment to come home to after long days of exploring Playa del Carmen. Lots of great food options within blocks. Playa 72 is about 15 min away Martinas Beach Club is about the same. We loved the little balcony, full sized fridge and great bathroom layout. The king size bed was great and the ceiling fan was very effective and QUIET. There was air conditioning but we didn’t use it . The building is kept clean and the common rooftop pool area is very nice. This was our first trip to Mexico and we enjoyed it immensely. I would return to Patty’s place. Patty is extremely helpful, communicative, pleasant and usually responds within MINUTES.

The location is ideal, one block from the start of Fifth Avenue, 6 blocks from the supermarket. Oxxo on the corner and a block away from a taxi stand. The apartment is very complete with towels for the bathroom and pool, the rooftop is also spacious and comfortable, you could see planes taking off while sunbathing and the sea a few blocks away. The bed is very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended!
