The ultimate getaway on historical Black Creek. No other place like this in Clay County. Beautiful sandy beach on fresh water. Relax in the Hammocks, throw a line in the water, go exploring on the paddle boards, kayaks or the paddle boat or just relax on the swing by the waterfall and watch boaters go by. Grill out for dinner and sit on this insane dock, enjoy the Hot Tub and then finish the night sitting up on the observation deck watching the stars. This is a place you will never forget.

Awesome sunsets - Silver Sands is one of the few area lakes that is full and natural spring fed. Water is crystal clear and soft yes soft. 2 private decks, laundry room, and 2 carports. Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof. Pets are welcome but don’t we do charge a fee. We also charge a late checkout fee. Fireplace is not in service. RV pad with electric and water at 100 night option .

Beautiful rustic 1946 fishing cabin with 200 feet Lake Swan waterfront. Peaceful, park like property. It is a GREAT place for water sports and fishing. House has 1 bedroom (2 queen beds), 1 bath and a sleeping loft (2 single beds). Living area has vaulted ceilings, woodburning fireplace, large windows, sofa and a queen size futon. A large screened lake side porch is a great place for outdoor dining or to simply enjoy the nature. Guests have access to 2 kayaks and a canoe.

Every bit of the property matches the description and the host always exceeded expectations. Simply a piece of heaven and great get-away for a few or a bunch!!!! Spotless clean, great amenities with lots to do; amazing backyard with fire pit, awesome sunsets and mornings. Secluded in the woods, yet close to main town and attractions. Wonderful place!

The cabin was amazing. Even with the tents across the yard we still felt like we had our privacy. Easy directions to, check in was a breeze, and the cabin felt like a perfect get away from the city. Only downfall was the water pressure in the shower, everything else was lovely. Where else can you have a cup of Joe outside while watching tva and enjoying nature in the early morning. Definitely will stay here again. missy and Scotts communication felt like family.

Lakefront Keystone Heights Cottage w/ Private Dock

We live in an RV fulltime and my husband had knee replacement surgery and needed a more accommodating place to recover for a couple of weeks that was located in close proximity of our residence in order for us to check up on our other pets and maintain our garden while we were away. This was perfect! The Klare Kottage was private, peaceful,clean and locatex in a nice neighborhood. It had a beautiful view of the lake that my husband could see right out the front windows while he recovered and provided fishing,kayaking or sunset/sunrise views for me to enjoy and keep entertained while he rested. Having a place to stay that our dog was able to be with us and was more safely accessible than our current residence was a HUGE relief and made an already stressful event more bearable and accelerated his post operative recovery progress exponentially. We will definately return if temporary accommodations are needed in the future while we are at base camp versus seasonal traveling. Many thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the River Cottage. Our favorite part was walking down to the dock to enjoy our morning coffee on the River. Though the dock needs some updating, it is an amazing spot. The cottage itself was clean an tidy and suited all of our needs. Tina was very helpful with all of our needs (including a lock out). We enjoyed staying there.
