Comfy and quaint place. Extremely comfy beds and close to everything we needed to do!

John was friendly. He responded quickly to any issue we had, and wee had very few. The water pressure was low. I was unhappy with the neighborhood, which was on its way to becoming a slum. But John was the BEST host ever. He always responded almost immediately. It was too cool to use the pool. We were close to our friends and Church. I would rent from him again.

Ann was amazing! She is very friendly and personable. She was super helpful and always there for us whenever we had an issue! Definitely would recommend this place! :)

The best thing about this place is the owners. They are absolutely phenomenal! The saying, "Ask and you shall receive " is key here. They are so responsive! They checked in after night one. My family has extreme sensitivity to fragrances. I mentioned that we didnt sleep well because of fragrances on the sheets, blankets and items. They worked with us to find a solution but I said no worries we will figure it out. Instead this sweet family ordered new sheets, towels, hand towels and washcloths for ALL the rooms. We communicated consistently throughout the stay. They provided everything we needed and then some. The pool is PHENOMENAL! We spent so much time in the amazing heated pool. In addition as they were ordering paper products and other things I noted would be helpful (silverware etc) they also ordered more pots and pans too! Any questions we had they answered. They went above and beyond. Best hosts. Comfortable rooms. We love the closeness to highway and other attractions. ❤️

I ended up staying at Andrews last minute (as the airbnb we originally booked notified us the day of that there was a leak and could no longer host us), and our family could not of made a better decision. This place is a true hidden gem and worth every penny. The pool was well maintained, the area was peacful, the home was spotless (and just as pictured) and the home was well stocked with all or our needs. The host was polite, patient and responsive. We look forward to booking our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. You are about 30 mins from the beach and about 40 mins from St Augustine. There’s a lot to do and great shopping and restaurants close by. My honest feedback was the master bedroom king size bed was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise even when slightly moving around. The outdoor lights stay on all night so you really need to cover the windows to sleep. Also bring extra toilet paper! For a family of 6 we had 4 small rolls provided for a week long stay so we had to step out and buy more. We had some heavy rain one night and the master bedroom doors that go outside started to leak water in the room on the floor. Luckily we caught it in time and placed towels all around. Some minor tweaks that aren’t a huge deal minus the mattress, that’s something I highly recommend upgrading for a more comfortable stay.

This has been our home away from home for the last 3 years and we are hoping to continue our tradition. As always Marlon's home is beautiful and he is always a phone call away. The home is located in a quiet area, very clean and well stocked. God willing we will return next year!

This is the perfect place to get away without being isolated. Peaceful setting with great walking right out the door. Easy to get to anywhere you need to get to in Orange Park. Not far from the beaches. Loved sitting outside by the river. Such a refreshing way to start and end the day. The place is exactly as described.

House was clean and spacious. Annette’s description of the rental was accurate. The rental also provided some essentials. The value of the rental was exceptional. The location was convenient and by local grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and shopping. Had a great two week stay with our dogs.

We had our family Easter event and the location, home, and lake were the perfect place to have it. We had a great time and made precious memories here. We plan to book another stay in the future.

The house was very nice and was as described. It worked out well for the weekend and was not too far from the Gainesville raceway. It is a great place to relax and enjoy quiet time.

Excellent stay with all amenities needed and extras. Host was extremely helpful and everything from location to the views to the features of the house was great!! Highly recommend and very comfortable for a any length of stay.

Annie’s home was home away from home! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants, easy check in and out, and was clean. The home looked liked the pictures posted and the pool was clean. I would definitely book again when in the area.

Beautiful spot at a steal. We were enjoying family and needed additional space close to another location that we had rented and Melinda’s place was a pleasant surprise. Very thoughtfully laid out with great touches that made our family feel at home. We also had an aging parent so the master bath was a hit with her!! The home was spotless and cozy with great amenities! Host was so responsive and proactive. Definitely would rent again.

Katie was an excellent host and was always responsive, even to concerns that surfaced later in the evening. She was responsive and always provided friendly and clear communication. The house was in great condition and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time staying here and I can’t say enough good things about Courtney and Levi. I would leave 50 stars if I could! They are extremely responsive, very understanding, and helpful! The home is so comfortable and convenient! I will book this place every time myself or any of my employees are in the area! I wish all Airbnb hosts were like Courtney and Levi! A++++++++++++++++++

We spent a month at Kim’s house to escape the cold and visit family. We absolutely loved sitting in the sun in the back yard, among the beautiful plants and trees. The pool was too cold to swim in, but it was sparkling. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is safe and beautiful. It is very natural and there are lots of trees and flowers. We had fabulous weather! Kim was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful safe quiet environment! We literally only heard birds and trains (in the distance). We needed the peace and quiet after a hectic holiday season. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Rina was absolutely a amazing host , always responded if we needed anything, her home is as described, and very peaceful with ducks and turtles to see, fishing was amazing. We stayed there for my husband birthday weekend he absolutely loved it . The fact that there was a tv in every room was accommodating for our guests, it was just a lovely place. I absolutely say if you visiting Jacksonville Rina is the place for you. Thank you Rina we will most definitely visit again if you will have us.
