Exactly what we wanted. Awesome place by the river with amazing sunsets! Big kitchen, walk around porch connecting every bedroom, big living room and it also has 2 kayaks! Don’t miss out on this place.

This has been our home away from home for the last 3 years and we are hoping to continue our tradition. As always Marlon's home is beautiful and he is always a phone call away. The home is located in a quiet area, very clean and well stocked. God willing we will return next year!

I'm born and raised in the panhandle of FL but I live in texas in a city by Austin and when I tell you this house and area put me right back to my roots. I love peace and quiet and that's exactly what this place gives . love was made with this home and the warmth we felt and the energy that filled the home was amazing and just puts your mind at ease. truly blessed to be able to give my family this break and Vicky and Freddy was equally amazing every step of the way. if you have a big family like me and on the go and want to calm everything down and still have lots of family fun look no further than right here. Thanks again yall two and we will definitely be back.

This house was perfect. It was only two of us but everything was a listed and adequate. They have Android TV’s with an Amazon Firestick. I found out after multiple sign ins with Xfinity, that an Android TV will not allow sign ins with Xfinity. I realized this after a few b/c I have one Sony (Android) TV at home that I’m unable to log into. This is not the hostess’s fault. There’s a pathway with a boardwalk at the end of the cul-de-sac turning to the right out of the house. Water pressure was fine and the AC was self controlled. Beds were very comfortable! They were extremely responsive and I liked the fact that the front door locks on its own after 20-30 seconds. Definitely rent this home if you want to visit Fleming Island!

Our host was wonderful, we had some last-minute changes, and she was able to fortunately accommodate us graciously. Thankfully so, as the rustic cabin was a hidden treasure, with such peaceful surroundings, which was exactly what we were looking for. It felt like a writer's haven, a place where time stands still. The view of the lake from the back porch, and morning fog followed by the sunrise there, and Spanish moss-covered trees, all added to the aviance of the cabin. Our departure was noted by six deer in the clearing on the way out, definitely a hidden treasure, which we will visit again.

My sister and I stayed at the cabin for a reunion with our third sister living in Keystone. We especially appreciated the beautiful lake views from the porch, the quiet setting, the several conversation spaces inside and out. Everything we could possibly need was provided including a Keurig coffee maker and a welcome gift basket. I personally loved kayaking with life jacket provided and the outdoor shower with its instant hot water! Thank you for all the thoughtful and decorative touches that made us feel so at home together again.
