Townhome vacation rentals in Channel Islands of California

We visit in Newport at least once a year, stayed in hotels and recently started using Airbnb for our vacations, this place is walkable to everything a family can hope For, our daughters loved the house and the location, nice place for a large family gathering. Will definitely stay at Alex’s place next time, he was a great host.

Very comfortable stay and easy check in! Beautiful neighborhood in the hills, close to everything. I was in town seeing shows at the Hollywood Bowl and walked there in 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

Was very peaceful. Loved that it was a dead end so not many cars pass by. Me and my family had a great time was very grateful they had a stroller because I forgot mine at home it was a lifesaver!!!

Me and my Family had a wonderful time at Sean’s place Neighbor was quiet and clean. Everything we needed was 5 min away Sean was committed to making sure we didn’t have any issues Hot water heater stop working, Sean purchased and had it installed within 2hrs If Sean is still around I will reach out again Thank you Sean

Linda was very helpful and provided us with luggage storage after checkout. The place is clean and have all the necessities to have a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at James' house. The house was clean, neat and simple so we could come in, unpack and make it ours for the 3 days we were there. Everything was easy to find and the light switches and cabinets were labeled so we knew where to find certain things we were looking for. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and ready to go as well. We appreciated the gated community with only a couple other units inside. There was parking in the garage and along the wall in front of the unit. The Ring camera doorbell and camera with flood flights in front of the garage as made us feel more safe and comfortable. The check in directions were clean and the pictures laid everything out for us. There was a brief issue getting inside since the old code was in the directions, but James quickly reached out, unlocked the door and updated the code. We didn't have any issues on our stay and I would recommend staying here for anything you are wanting to in LA or surrounding areas.

Great condo! Walking distance to Downtown Disney/ Disneyland. Took about 10 minutes. Perfect place for our family of 5. My girls loved the bunk bed room with princess dresses, books, and a chalkboard. Perfect size for us and felt like home. Anthony was a great host and check-in and check-out was a breeze!

Highly recommend this studio! The location doesn’t get any better - perfectly walkable and free parking in the attached garage. A lot of the reviews talks about the noise from the workers - this was not an issue for us. Jeremy even provided beach chairs and supplies. You can see the ocean from the balcony! If I am ever in the area, I will stay here again. Great value!

This is a great spot, it’s easy to feel at home and it’s rather cozy - from the fireplace in the living room, to the comfortable bed, to the spectacular roof deck. The hosts are generous, both in stocking the kitchen with goodies and responding to questions that arise. I have stayed at other Jackson Market properties in the past and hope to do so many times in the future.

Absolutely loved this place. Perfect for a large group, not to mention plenty of full bathrooms saved us time. Very spacious and great amenities. Emilio was very friendly and was quick to respond-thank you for having us.

This is my favorite place we have stayed at to date. Ecspeically with small children. The location is perfect. Safe area, park right outside, restaurants right across the street, and we absolutely loved the garage parking and gated entrance. Tip for staying here: pack in drawer dividers. I packed my kids clothes in these for efficient packing. I wish I would have packed all of our things this way because they left so much closet space, bathroom drawers, and pantry space for us. It was so refreshing to not live out of a suitcase and to have a ton of space to locate your clothes. The master is large enough to fit a pack n play. This was perfect for our youngest who still wakes so we wanted her near. My daughter loved all of the toys they left for us. You really cannot beat this place if you are traveling with small kids. It is absolutely worth the extra cost. Jacob and Martina’s response time is so fast you do not have to worry about waiting around for a simple question.

We absolutely loved our stay! Apart from being the best stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed at, Warren’s place was incredibly stylish & cozy. Every morning before heading out, we jammed out to Lauryn hill, Fleetwood Mac & other cool records they had! The beds/pillows were super comfortable, good quality towels & the place was very clean. Great location & local recs. Parking was easy to find and the area was convenient + quiet. We would gladly return (and hope to do so soon!). Hoping this place is available for the LA’28 Olympics :). Warren was very responsive & offered cleared instructions, great hosts! 10000/10

Had an amazing stay at this cozy Airbnb in LA! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Gabriel was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect and close to great restaurants and attractions, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay!

The location is perfect—quiet and private, yet within easy walking distance of Summerland’s adorable shops, fantastic restaurants, and great coffee spots. The beach is just a short stroll away, making it a perfect place to relax and explore. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a serene getaway in a lovely town.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

Amanda's adorable bungalow is perfectly stocked with more than you'll need, you will feel right at home. Above and beyond one of the best places I have stayed at. Everything was amazing, from the spacious and beautiful patio to the backyard gazebo! The perfect retreat to sleep in or start your day with a crisp walk at Ventura's gorgeous State Beach. Wake to the beautiful views from the cozy dining room or enjoy a cup of coffee in the beautiful patio. A perfect location to take a hike into the woods, I loved our trip to the Channel Islands we saw hundreds of dolphins! Ventura's small town local culture is welcoming with fine dining overlooking the ocean. Try Eric Ericsson's or at Aloha Steakhouse. Our drive to the Santa Ynez Valley was spectacular! Not enough time to visit its 150 wineries, but I highly recommend Sunstone winery and a must stop at Solvang for the best Danish food and pastries. Amanda's bungalow will be my favorite place for all my future visits to this area!

It was clean & had enough room. It was a convenient location as we had a family trip to Disneyland.

The place was beyond incredible! It was so kid friendly with everything from kid plates and utensils, toys, step stools and potty seat that we used and helped make everyone feel at home. The beds were comfortable and we felt at home with everything we needed! We walked to Disneyland both days and came back to comfort and all the amenities we needed. The double stroller we borrowed from the rental was in like new condition and was so helpful to have to use and not have to travel with our own! Thank you for a wonderful place!

Wonderful, clean and quiet house, which has everything we need for one week stay. It only takes 15 mins driving to Anaheim convention center, and blocks away from the supermarket and some restaurants. Kady was very nice and responsive, answered all of our questions. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend it.
