Had an excellent stay at this place! Amenities were great, it was near to everywhere I wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable, and felt right at home!

Excellent one bedroom home for what i needed. Melissa is also an excellent host. All straight forward and Melissa was awesome and quick to respond. 15-20 minute walk to everything in Long Beach. I plan to stay again this time next year.

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Wonderful stay! We travelled with our family and have a toddler. The house was very accommodating for our family with a whole room full of toys and books, even high chair! We took advantage of the sand toys that were in the house as well. Clean house and had everything we needed to make dinners. Shawn would proactively text us if we needed anything and gave some yummy local places to eat that we can walk to. Overall a great trip! Thanks Shawn!

This house was amazing on every level! The location was fantastic for our week-long stay on Los Angeles. SO many things close by and Travis was th best host we have ever experienced! He was so responsive and flexible and the house literally had so mnay things if you needed them. Our stay was so top notch i want the corporate people at Airbnb to model everything the way Travis does it because it was just so spectacular The location was amazing and so close to everything! THIS HOUSE IS A MUST RENT, it was a fantastic experience!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

Highly recommend this well-appointed spot in Pomona! The house was exactly as described and pictured - clean, pleasant, and spacious. Ann and Joel were responsive, helpful, and made checking in and out such a breeze. The backyard, right down to the patio, fairy lights, and space to run around with a toddler, was exactly what I was looking for. And because of the lemon and orange trees, and the jasmine that blooms around the neighborhood, walking out your door is a bit like lighting a Jo Malone candle. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting friends or family in the area, or for anyone who’s attending the nearby (in walking distance!) LA County Fair and want to make a weekend of it.

had a wonderful stay at Clara's poolhouse. place has everything you need, for a one or two person stay. its a great neighborhood with a lot of cool stuff to do nearby, i didnt get a chance to use the pool, but i we had some sunny days, and just vibing on a chase lounge was nice enough. would stay again

We had a great few days at Stephen’s place while visiting family in LA. The house is in a beautiful setting, with good views across the city and lovely gardens. We felt very relaxed there and really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and garden hammock. We would definitely look to stay there again when we return to LA another time.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and looks exactly as advertised. Nathan was very kind and accommodating to our needs and was nice enough to show us around the place once we arrived. Me, the Wife, my daughter and puppy came for a short stay onbthe weekend to celebrate our 4th year wedding anniversary. One word that stood out for us was "Inspirational". We're going to be looking to buy in the near future and this home gave us an outlook on what it would look like to own a home. And it felt a lot like home should feel. Allison was responsive during our stay, and very helpful with information we needed during the stay. Quiet neighborhood, lots pf people walking their dogs and babies. I worked in the area before too for a time, so I know there are some good restaurants and things to do nearby just didn't have the chance to enjoy them this time as we stayed inside and enjoyed our time with each other. Got to read my book on the front lawn, made some delicious meals for the family, bed slept great. It was very comfortable, chic, and accomodating. If you want a peaceful serene stay, this is it!

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

My stay with Holly was flawless.She was hospitable, adept, and actually malleable at meeting my needs. The place waz perfectly swt up with many cozy, just so touches. Holly anticipated my every need and yet, was so private, and respectful. An amazing secret respite in the middle of LA!!!!!

Overall great place to stay, Ida was very helpful with her thorough descriptions of everything. In the middle of everything distance wise. Perfect size for three people. 10/10 experience.

The home was clean, comfortable, quiet and we felt right at home. We asked if we could drop off our luggage early to attend a college tour and Michael was able to accommodate our request and even made it possible for an early check in. Finally, we forgot our jackets in the closet and he called me right away to let me know. He will be helping us recover the jackets. Really appreciate how honest and responsive he has been.
