Great place, lovely stay!

Paul’s place in Venice Beach was excellent and a great fit for our family of 4. The accommodations were very thoughtful - a welcome bottle of wine, stocked Keurig coffee inserts, and a variety of stocked drinks (not just what folks left behind). The location is great and about a 20 minute walk to the heart of Venice Beach. Overall, a great value for this expensive part of the world.

We had a great stay. The house was spotless and we felt right at home. It had everything for us. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels, lots of pillows and bedding. Easy to use tvs in every room. Would highly recommend. The house is gorgeous with an amazing view with lots of seating and pool towels. Lyndall was so helpful and lovely to communicate with. Would definitely return!

We appreciated the attention to detail and all the amenities around the home. We had everything we needed for our large group to stay the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basics for tools and utensils. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicated everything very clearly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay the next time they are in Orange.

We had a wonderful experience at Tamara and Tony's homes. Everything was perfect, and Tamara and Tony are truly amazing hosts. The house temperature was great, and everything we needed was available in the house. Thank you for everything.

This home may have been our tipping point for wanting to retire to Venice Beach. Our expectations were already high due to previous reviews and we were not disappointed. This home is well-situated in Venice Beach--close enough to many things but not too close to the hustle and bustle. Plenty of room for our family of four. Our teen son especially loved the "studio," which is detached from the home. He was able to get some space from his parents and his twin brother and also work on his college applications. It was the perfect place to "be together" but also have time apart. We don't cook, but if you do, you will love the kitchen setup. Bikes are a plus (all but one of them has plenty of wear and tear but they get the job done, so to speak) and we used them on several occasions to ride down to the beach. Sepi and Ben were super responsive and kind during our stay and leading up to it. Enjoy this Venice gem!

its the one of the most beautiful airbnb i stayed so far，especially in LA，its added a bit classic European vibe to our stay，garden is beautiful，the balcony view is stunning！its a quite area with lots of beautiful houses，lynn is super kind and helpful，the apartment filled with her taste of art，and it is full with love～ will definitely recommend to everyone！

This place is absolutely perfect. We have stayed with Sara four times in The past 6 years. Walkable to both parks is key. But the place itself makes you feel at home. Comfortable and functional. Modern and useful. Affordable and safe. If Your Disneyland trip is to be a “Trip of a Lifetime”….stay at Sara’s….because then you will have accommodations that match your Trip of a Lifetime!!!

We evacuated from the Eaton fire to Carpinteria after losing our home. Elena’s comfortable place was a godsend. We used the quiet to fill out insurance claims and recharge with frequent walks on the beach. Thank you Elena for your peaceful apartment 🙏❤️🙏❤️

Great location and accommodation

The host had excellent communication and was very responsive to feedback, which made the experience smooth and pleasant. While the kitchen equipment could be improved to offer more flexibility for cooking (something I personally value when booking an Airbnb), the property itself is lovely and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

We loved staying in Sara’s place. The house was very clean and setup very nicely. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The best part is it is just 20 minutes by walk to Disneyland’s entrance, so we didn’t even have to get our car; we just walked. We also visited during Christmas and Sara had setup this beautiful Christmas tree with all Disney characters on it. My 2 year old daughter found it magical and we were able to give her a great experience opening presents on Christmas Day. It is a stay that she will not forget!

Great place to stay if you are in Long Beach close to lots of restaurants and things to do

In the heart of Orange, so easy to park, walk and explore. Very charming and clean. Absolutely NOTHING to complain about for a rental.
