MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Jennifer was simply amazing! So responsive, communicative, understanding, kind, accommodating and genuine. Beautiful property which was so accurate to the photos, perfect location, easy instructions and loads of helpful information. The energy at fantastical cottage was so beautiful, it was the perfect getaway.

Really really enjoyed my stay this is for someone who likes outdoors and unique scenery !! The indoors is really small really only to sleep and watch some tv the experience is definitely all outdoors it feels like a nature paradise! I would strongly only recommend coming if u can adjust to the outdoors and nature 🥰 only thing I will say is there are ALOT OF STAIRS LOL😭 but the host is very responsive and gives you everything you need to enjoy your stay 🥰 my favorite part is the jacuzzi and the hammocks

My stay at Tom's cottage was wonderful. Tom is extremely friendly, available and helpful for all your needs. Check-in very smooth and easy. There was a slight glitch in the bathroom , but within literally minutes Tom arrived with a smile and fixed the problem immediately. The cottage has historic charm with natural wood throughout...loads of windows and sunlight...lovely sitting area on front patio beneath the huge palms (would sit for hours) and a walk-in sauna in the back of the house. Also, one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to is at the end of the block! Super location for shops, restaurants (great coffee shop, Milk and Honey just around the corner), yet it's unusually quiet...amazing combo! I'd recommend Tom's cottage to everyone!

Such an adorable cottage! Well appointed, great attention to detail, really lovely accessories and plants and furniture. Extremely comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with double sinks. Very peaceful for the most part. We really enjoyed our visit and they even offered us to take some lemons and mandarins off their trees. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time and loved the house! It was extremely clean and well-outfitted. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely home in a beautiful location!

Nancy’s place was perfect for us for our week+ stay while visiting family in the area. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything that we needed. Nancy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the neighborhood as we are big walkers and the neighborhood streets and the preserve trail right at the end of the road were great for exercise. It was a bit of a cool week while we were in SoCal so the heater/fireplace was a welcome plus for keeping us comfortable. As a tea drinker, I was happy to have an electric tea kettle available while my husband enjoyed the keurig machine and the supply of k-cups Nancy provided. We would certainly stay again.

The cottage style room was very beautiful. Checking in was easy as possible with no problems at all. Everything was as is and amazing. Seeing the beautiful garden through the windows every morning was a treat! I would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our time at Aaron and Monica's wonderful cottage. It was super comfortable, and had every amenity that you can think of. The neighborhood is beautiful and the location is amazing with so many great restaurants and shops nearby. We really enjoyed being able to sit outside in the front with our dog. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Unique little spot with amazing views. We were even able to get a bit of hiking in - Lisa gave us the inside scoop on how to walk from our lil trailer to the Topanga State Park trails. We spent some time in LA as well as Oxnard to go whale watching - couldn’t have been better situated to access all the good stuff and take some scenic drives (if you’re into that sort of thing). We are into that sort of thing. Well worth the money just for the atmosphere and nature (fell asleep to the croaks of the local frog population) though we didn’t see any. Comfy beds and restful sleep. Thank you!

Rooms are somewhat small but the cottage is charming, very homey, and quite comfortable. It had all we needed. We will want to visit again. The outside common area and chickens were a big hit with our grandkids when they came for a visit. The neighborhood is beautiful & quiet. Kristen was a great host.

It was a pleasure to stay with Don. He was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and spotless. It is minutes from stores and several interesting areas and restaurants. We will stay there again if we need housing in Los Angeles.

What a great spot! There is a lot to do within walking distance but there are a lot of stairs to get to the main thoroughfare. The cottage was super cozy for a tiny house. The kitchen had amenities for the first morning which was helpful after a day of travel. We wished we had more time to spend there but there was so much to do in Ventura.

We loved staying at Fawns place. So close to the beach and great restaurants, we also loved the farmers market on Sunday. Will definitely be staying at Fawns place again!

This wonderful place is a hidden treasure at the West Mesa with both an outdoor lovely back patio and a wonderful private front yard under the shade of the trees. Love the location so close to the Douglas Family Preserve and an incredible dog friendly below the bluff topped beach which feels almost private.

Wonderful stay. Wanted to get away from LA and have a nature focused time with my dogs. Felt right at home. Perfect little cabin!!

Nicely laid out space. Plenty of room for 4 people and 2 dogs. All surfaces were clean and easy to clean. So many toys to use for the beach. Bikes, boogie boards, chairs and a wagon. Made it so much easier to pack. Great to have a laundry space. Parking was easy. Entering the place was easy. Ernie was very communicative. Loved the place. Will. Be back.

stayed for proximity to Dodgers Stadium. beautiful historic home and neighborhood. Didn't use it, but metrorail station is a short walk away. Parking was fine on the street out front. Nice park for running or walking nearby. Grocery, fast food and restaurants all within walking distance. would certainly stay here again.

Perfect stay in Geraldine's cottage nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains. It was adorable! The house was clean, safe, comfortable and relaxing. Super close to Malibu and the freeway. Nice walk to the Old Place in the morning to grab a cup of coffee where I go to see some Peacocks. I will be back.

Ari and Alex were extremely communicative from my booking date to check out. They were both generous with recommendations for local restaurants, cafes and provided plenty of dog friendly spots to visit as I had my two small pups with me. The house location and set up was perfect for my parents and had zero stairs (a huge plus for my mom). The home is located just minutes away from Santa Barbara, Montecito and Carpenteria and gave us time to explore and schedule naps in between. The home itself is adorable and offers plenty of storage space for all your belongings. For those that work from home, it’s noteworthy both rooms have a makeshift desk that pulls up from the wall that way one can work in private. My parents and I loved our stay and are already in talks about our next stay here in 2026. It was an absolute dream location paired with fantastic hosts. Thanks again, Alex and Ari!

What a peaceful place tucked in a quiet hilltop full of nature surroundings. Absolutely no traffic/people noise and lots darkness with an incredible view when the fog rolls away. It blew our minds! A perfect base of operations for a week stay with all we needed and the host right next door (over a private gate) which was helpful when we had a few needs that he responded quickly and kindly. We were impressed how close we were to things even though it felt like we were far, far away. We cannot wait to stay there again! Note to those that drive a Tesla, do NOT use the car gps/maps. It won’t get you there in a direct route. Use Google maps. Plan at least one evening to enjoy the night sky from the hot tub and deck with fire table and grill. It’s not to be missed.
