Vacation rentals with breakfast in Channel Islands of California

We had a great time at Josh’s place. Felt right at home. We needed to stay an extra two days, Josh and his team made it happen which was much appreciated. Overall great experience, would definitely book again.

Andy' s studio was the perfect spot for my one night trip to Inglewood. He is a great host. Very communicative and helpful. He was even able to secure a parking spot for us, which was greatly appreciated. The studio is so cute and was very clean upon arrival. A 10 min walking distance to the Intuit Dome (which is where we were going). I felt safe walking to and from the arena. All shops and restaurants are very close too. I will definitely keep Andy's place in mind for the next time I'm headed to that area. Thanks for everything Andy!

Katie was an amazing host, she was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns! The house was great and had lots of room for our family of 7. It was also fairly close to everything. We had an awesome time

I had a fantastic stay at Shannon’s. Her home is very cozy & comfortable, the neighborhood is great, and Shannon herself is a really wonderful and nice woman who was a super attentive host and very helpful. I highly recommend this place if you’re coming to LA!

Mikka was a great host. The location is close to downtown Hollywood and other area attractions. The place was clean and well stocked for our trip to LA. The karaoke setup is a neat addition and a great place to take some photos.

A great stay! We booked last minute and it was an amazing find. Jeremy was a super responsive host and provided great instructions for the stay. The place it self was a great place with space for both my husband and I to function without being in each other's space. The garage was also helpful for not having to look for parking late at night. Definitely recommend and would be back again if we're ever in town.

We have stayed at Elizabeth's quaint casita repeatedly; we have come to experience a "home away from home". We are drawn to the excellent location/very close to Old Pasadena, easy parking, privacy, wonderful host, comfortable queen bed and inviting/charming vintage decor. The stay is more than worth the cost.

Tom has been amazing. Not only does he make us breakfast every day, but he has also thoughtfully prepared everything we might need. The room is beautifully decorated and feels so warm and cozy. He even provided essentials like toothbrushes, dental floss, and cotton swabs in different sizes. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience. We’re really happy with our stay and appreciate everything he has done for us!

Had everything we needed for a relaxing week long stay.

"The location is excellent, especially for La Verne University students, as it’s only a 3-minute walk away. The neighborhood is beautiful, green, and safe. The house is stunning, with a unique boho style, filled with paintings, artwork, and photographs—a perfect place for history lovers. The room was very comfortable, with soft bedding, and I received a fresh bottle of water daily. Jaqueline was a kind host, often preparing dinners, snacks, and small treats. She shared interesting stories and even accompanied me on an emergency shopping trip, showing exceptional hospitality. The shower was great, with good water pressure and temperature. However, the bathroom is downstairs, which might be worth noting. To improve, I suggest clarifying that the kitchen is unavailable. Although there was a fridge in my room, the microwave and kitchen were not accessible, which could be important for some guests."

this is a very nice master bedroom with walk-in bathroom. The best room in the house. Doris & Janet are friendly and very accommodating to my last minute book. Worth the money, if you're in the area.

Kathy and Phil were fantastic. My daughter and I felt right at home in their guesthouse. Kathy made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips on sights to visit while we were in town. Very safe and close to all attractions in and around LA. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Suzanne is such a wonderful person, who really wants you to have the best stay. She preprepared breakfast in the morning, so it is ready for you to make it you you get up. She gives wonderful advice on where to go to eat. If you need anything, she helps you. Her home is not far from the Universal studios, Hollywood, Hollywood sign and other great location. Her cat is a lovely little one, who loves attention. Would definitely recommend to stay here. But you should have a car to get around to everything.
