Excellent always enjoy our stay

Saltwater exceeds all expectations! We were blown away from the start and there is absolutely nothing you can fault. We would 100% go back and would highly recommend to all. An added bonus is the gorgeous beach hut - all in all, AMAZING! Lastly, the hosts are fab and extremely attentive!

This is a splendid property, and Carol a perfect host. The Annexe is completely separate from the house and guests have the use of Carol's extensive and well-kept garden. Inside, the property is spacious and well-equipped, the beds comfortable. We were able to store our bikes securely in a lockable garage. In summary - excellent!

Fabulous house! We booked to stay here for the weekend to celebrate our friend's 60th birthday, who were renting else where in the village. The house is centrally situated in the village, within in quick walking distance of pubs,shops and restaurants. The house is well equipped and very spacious. We didn't use the garden as it wasn't suitable to sit out in February! We didn't use the wood burner either as the central heating was sufficient during our stay. The area was lovely and quiet and it was nice not hearing cars drive past the house! We went to the beaches at Holkam and Wells during our stay. We ate at Socius one night and drove to the Duck at Stanhoe. Had drinks at Twenty9 and the Hoste, both in the village. Sharon was a great host and responded promptly to my queries. If we came back to Burnham in the future, I would definitely book to stay here again!
