Vacation rentals with a patio in Burnham Market

Amazing accommodation, photos do not do it justice. Perfect location, right in the centre of Cromer and so close to the beach. Beautiful throughout and the terrace is a real sun trap! James is so helpful and quick to answer any questions, even let us check in early. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Kathie gave really clear check in instructions and her apartment is beautiful and presented in fantastic condition! I appreciated that she let us know the cleaner would later so we did not have to rush to check out.

Lime Tree Lodge was stunning and in a safe and secure location that is still tucked away enough to feel as if you are somewhere secluded. Very spacious lodge and the hot tub was a brilliant addition. Suzanne was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us how to use the hot tub. Very friendly.

This place is the perfect getaway. Right by the sea, walkable to pubs and a near drive to everything else you’d want. The flat is lovely too. Cosy and elegant and somewhere that’s nice just to hang out in. Hugo is a great host too and always ready to help as you need.

Excellent host, nice flat and very comfortable bed. Suited my needs perfectly . I will return again when I get my new work dates .

Jacqui’s annexe was the perfect home from home and exactly what we needed for our weekend in Brundull! She was very welcoming and the annexe was equipped well. Would highly recommend

The Loft is in a perfect location, just off the beaten track, but easy to find and with your own parking space. Peaceful, quiet, with a view across the salt marshes, unless it's misty and murky, when it becomes atmospheric. Warm, comfortable, clean - this was our second visit and we'll be sure to return.

This is a lovely 1st floor spacious apartment with a huge kitchen and a particularly lovely front bedroom which is light and airy. Bigger than the photos imply. The kitchen was well kitted out and we were able to get Sky TV so everyone was happy! It was also a good base for walks through the golf club and onto the cliff path into Cromer itself - approx 20 mins. Michelle was super helpful and Mark did a good job of meeting us, showing us round and recommendations. Would definitely re-book if we are down that way again!

Thank you for being so accommodating for our guys who were working within the area ; they really enjoyed their stay. They mentioned how comfortable the accommodation was and a perfect location. Lovely stay in beautiful cottage, wish we could have stayed longer!

What a lovely stay we’ve had at T&Ts! Everything from start to finish was great with fantastic communication from the host. The space is fab, especially downstairs and incredibly quirky which we loved. Kitchen is small but pristine, however there is a large dining area at the front of the house - we were able to fit our extended family around it easily (10 people!) Lounge was comfortable and there was another seating area towards the back of the house. Washing machine available on request - so ideal for longer stays. The bedrooms were cosy with lots of storage for clothes and we were able to fit a travel cot for our 10 month old into the main bedroom easily. Our girls shared the double bed comfortably. Bathroom was fab, lovely rainfall shower and a good bath for the kids. As a family of five downstairs space is important and our children had room to play - the board games were a winner for them too! All in all we loved it and would happily stay again - thank you!

We stayed for one night after attending a local wedding. The annex was very clean and well-presented. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was lovely. Lydia was really proactive at replying to messages and answering questions. Overall, a nice place to stay for a quick trip.

David was super responsive, helpful and accommodating. Beautiful cottage in a lovely area. Easily accessible and as described. We had a lovely couple of days here. A tiny improvement would be to have some fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea upon arrival, and there was no kitchen roll available to help us clean up after ourselves. That’s being super picky though!!! 9/10 😀

We loved our long weekend visit to Tommys place. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, the walk to the beach could be done in 2 minutes and the property itself felt like a home away from home with all the amenities you would need. The property was also extremely clean and tidy with everything being easy to find. Might I also add, the beds are super super comfortable, we all had brilliant nights sleep. All in all, we had a brilliant time and would highly recommend it to anyone else. We will be back ourselves! Thanks for a brilliant stay!

We have just returned from a stay at this absolutely gorgeous home. The place is so beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the welcome goodies were a welcomed treat. The location is so lovely and quiet but also walkable distance to the beach, shops and local pubs. Elaine was so very responsive to any messages and so friendly. We loved Elaine’s home, so much that we are already planning to return. I have stayed in a lot of air bnb’s and I have to say I think Howard’s Hideaway is my favourite. An absolute gem in a beautiful area of Norfolk! Thank you for a lovely break!

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

My second visit to this beautiful apartment. Its so central and everything is spotlessly clean the attention to detail is fantastic Tea coffee biscuits milk all provided. Toiletries and every possible utensil and crockery you could want. cleaning products and teatowels , towels and bedlinen. Leza is so helpful. recommending extra parking spaces nearby and places to go. I won't hesitate to book here again and would recommend to anyone. 😀

Beautiful surroundings and we loved eating our breakfast outside by the stream. We didn’t use the sauna as we only stayed one night but maybe next time. Really comfy bed and bedroom and bathroom were super warm. Powerful hot double shower. Enjoyed playing a few games of scrabble when we first arrived, a wonderful little stay x

We had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect; just a short walk from the centre of Cromer and the beach. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and Fran was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded all our expectations, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Bright and fresh but whimsical aesthetic. Clean and tidy, plenty of space and surface space. Hosts sent detailed information about check in information before we needed it. Very responsive to messaging. Everything we needed was easily accessible. Cleaning supplies so we could tidy up any spillages. Dog bowls provided. Extremely welcoming with nice touches. Would happily visit again.
