This four bedroom house is located on Eucalyptus Avenue, the best street in Avalon. the street is pedestrian only and is much quieter than the other streets because of there are no go carts zooming up an d down. The house is also one block from the supermarket and a few blocks from the pier and beach. The house itself is a quintessential Catalina charmer. Outfitted for family stays, it has all you need to enjoy some family time at the island.
