Beachfront vacation rentals in Avalon

This place was awesome! It was right across the street from the beach. I would come back here for sure!

Sean was a great host, very responsive. Pictures match what you get and home was very clean. Great restaurants and bars all within walking distance and the beach one block away. The home is on the main road but really did not bother us. There is no air conditioning but we were there in March and heat worked great. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Only stayed 1 night but will book for longer next time we are in town. Location is great! We like to walk to the beach and it is so close. The view from the rooftop and even the kitchen was great also! Our host was very responsive and friendly. Helped us find a quick bite as soon as we got there. The home temperature was comfortable and very well equipped for any outside temperature to make sure that each room / floor was at the temperature that you want it to be at.

Fantastic location! We loved having access to plenty of bikes for my family to enjoy the beach bike path.

Alain is an excellent host- was very responsive and helpful. There was a minor plumbing issue during our stay but it was sorted out quickly and he was accommodating to our schedule in scheduling the work to be done. His place is as advertised- looks just like the pictures. The location is walking distance to the beach and a playground but you do have to cross the very busy PCH. We have two young kids and they appreciated the toys available to use, both in the house and for the beach. Also great to have off-street parking space for two cars. Overall, a great stay and would def recommend.

We had a beautiful stay. The neighborhood is nice, peaceful, and walkable. Will was very responsive to our needs and the accommodation itself was clean and had everything we needed.

This place is amazing! It is in the perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping and the beach! Meghan is very responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels and linens. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place was amazing! The view was incredible—you could see the ocean and watch the sunrise right from the place. It was just as good as described. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The golf cart included with the rental was such a great bonus. It made it so easy to get around and explore the island. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Wonderful condo with amazing views! Very clean, easy to find and the GOLF cart was huge plus to get around town! This place was very peaceful and quiet. I recommend this condo to all of you looking for your next vacation spot! Don’t hesitate and book this place ASAP as I’ll definitely be back!

You get a lot for the price. Having access to the included golf cart was essential. Super clean and comfortable with an amazing balcony. A few more towels would be good. Considering bringing your own beach towels.

Amazing trip from start to finish! I would recommend staying at Hamilton cove over downtown Avalon. It’s the perfect getaway.

Blake was so helpful with answering my questions prior to me and my family’s arrival. He was quick to respond to any of our questions. The space was beautiful and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a home cooked meal. The community was great for our children, who are 6 and 19 months - we enjoyed an afternoon at the private beach and playground. We can’t wait to book Blake’s place again! We had a wonderful time.

A Slice of Positano in Catalina – Stunning Ocean Views! Staying at Troy’s place in Catalina Island was an absolute dream! The beautiful Positano-inspired architecture and breathtaking ocean views, made for a perfect getaway. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the sight of the sparkling water and enjoying coffee on the patio was truly magical. The location was fantastic—just a short drive to Avalon’s best restaurants, beaches, and attractions. Whether relaxing at the house or exploring the island, the stunning views made every moment special. Troy was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. If you’re looking for a Catalina escape with amazing ocean views and European charm, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

Catalina Island is the first place where we truly fell in love with our stay, and we will definitely come back. The view was breathtaking, and the home was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. My husband and I had a wonderful evening there, making unforgettable memories. Loved the view and close to restaurants and attractions.

We had a great time staying here. The villa is lovely and the views from the balcony are the best. This is off season (February) so it was quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice to have a golf cart included with the rental to travel to the local grocery store and shopping in Avalon. We cooked all meals at the villa and enjoyed eating on the balcony. I would stay here again! Amber provided lots of information about activities, restaurants, etc. - very helpful. Loved this place!

She did many thoughtful things that she didn’t have to do, showing her incredible kindness and dedication to her guests. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home.
