Apartment vacation rentals in Avalon

Aly’s place was great for our family. Check in and check out was easy. The kitchen and the apartment were adequately equipped, the beds were comfortable, the pool was a bit chilly but the hot tub was great. Aly was quick in her responses and overall, it was a very nice stay!

My stay was perfect. The apartment’s location was walkable to local restaurants and the mall if ambitious. The kitchen’s supplies were bare bone, but exactly what I needed. The complex is fairly quiet and it was lovely to have access to the pool and gym. And Christopher was super responsive, even at weird hours in the middle of the night.

The host responded promptly and clearly. The place was clean and tidy. There were restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was very convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric’s. It was just as he described it. He was very responsive to us and we loved being able to walk to the beach and to restaurants.

I stayed at Michael’s place for two weeks, and he was a fantastic host—helpful and very responsive. The apartment matched the photos, offering a comfortable space for two people, a convenient parking spot, and a practical workspace and living area. The pool and gym were great added perks. The location is just a short drive from Tustin Legacy Center and other shopping areas. While cleanliness could be slightly improved, I was very satisfied with my stay overall.

Lovely place, I was travelling for business but hope to return for a vacation with the family.

We had a wonderful time staying Huntington at Lance’s place. Close to everything and such a nice place to stay. The place was clean and looked just like the pictures.

Barbara was a lovely host and the place was lovely and loved how close it was to the beach!

Clean, modern and perfect location for Corona del Mar / Newport Beach.

Nate’s stay was just what I needed for a local “getaway.” It was near good food, shops, and the pool and spa were great.

Sophie’s place is a stylish, clean and comfortable place to stay. The apartment is nearby to many local attractions. The unit was spotless, spacious and comfortable. The building felt safe and secure. The shared pool and spa were relaxing and quiet. I would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

This is my 3rd times to stay at this location, the apartment was very clean , the host Was so nice and responsive very quickly . We had some trouble with the address list on the air bnb was the address for the building in Santa Ana, but actually the building was in Irvine. So confused coz the direction on Google map send us to Santa Ana. The pictures showed on the air bnb it looks like the building in Irvine, so I contacted the host within in 5 min he told me do not copy and page as the air bnb gave the address, just looked at the instructions how to get in the apartment so it showed the address is in Irvine. Which the same building that I always stayed on whenever I’m in OC. Will be back again soon. Thanks Mike

Wonderful host. Responded quickly to questions. Was willing to drop off blender for our morning smoothies but I found a bullet to use:) Updated home, comfy beds and couch. So close to beach and shops! We really enjoyed our stay. Would totally use Gina and her place again!

We loved Jimmy’s place! It felt more like a nice hotel, with its modern design and super clean interior. The beds are SO comfortable and we slept great. The layout of the place was great- huge kitchen/living, two big bedrooms with dedicated baths, and our favorite- the deck! The deck is very large and overlooks a man made lake. The building has a lot of amenities if you want to use them. We had our dog with us, and appreciate the numerous dog friendly areas in the building, and especially the lovely walking loop around the lake with geese and ducks :) it feels safe and quiet, and the building was not loud even on the Friday and Saturday nights we were there. We would 100% stay here again. The only thing that needed a little more instruction was the parking garage- it’s not the most intuitive layout, but reception helped us- I recommend asking reception for directions before attempting on your own!

Mia is a wonderful host, great communication. Unit was just as described. Very convenient when staying in Orange County. Assigned parking space a definate plus!

I had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need in the kitchen. I didn’t try the gym, but that’s an option. As far as the host goes, he went above and beyond. Met me in person with the keys and when I forgot my ear pods, he made it possible for me to meet him and retrieve them after I checked out. I will stay again.

The place is absolutely beautiful, the view is amazing, everything was really nice but the first night we were staying the power went off. Since we didn’t have power we couldn’t use the WiFi to contact Ami (there’s no signal in the area) so we spent the whole night without power but the next day once we were in town we called Ami and the power problem was solved when we went back! Also thank you for letting us check out a little bit late ☺️☺️

Wonderful spot that is local to many things, clean and very comfortable. Host is very responsive and helpful for any questions as well- would definitely stay again!

This apartment in Irvine Spectrum Center is good for short and long stays. Spacious, bright, tidy and comfortable. Daily necessities are well prepared. You can tell they put in the effort. The special touches are a small bottle of olive oil, a bottle of Maldon salt, and a bottle of black pepper. Fried eggs and steaks are very convenient.
