Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Avalon

My multigenerational family and I had the best time at Mai’s gorgeous home! It was spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. The kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. We are so grateful for the memories. Can’t wait to return!

Great spot with everything you need. Lovely quick walk to the beach, pier, or Main Street with tons of restaurants and shops. Great spot for our 3 families to get together. A little hiccup the first night with the house cleaners there late, but otherwise it’s a great place and I’d highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and it is so great! Location is perfect and the place is incredible! Heather is such a great host and we can’t say enough good things! All the games upstairs and outside fireplace make for fun low key nights. Can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The location was in a quiet close and not overlooked. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the outside entertaining area. Kameko was a great host and responded quickly to messages.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

Location! Location! Location! This was the perfect spot for our family gathering. A short walk to the beach, park, grocery store, and restaurants. The house was modern and comfortable. We loved the rooftop deck and spent a lot of time up there. We also really appreciated the bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys that were available. Richard was very responsive and friendly. When I let him know about a slow shower drain he was there that day to fix it. A couple of things to keep in mind: The home has three stories, so access to the rooftop deck and one of the queen bedrooms and bathroom requires a lot of stairs. It didn’t bother us, but if you have a hard time with stairs you may want to consider that. Sound carries quite a bit in the house. I was in the third floor bedroom and could hear noise/talking from the first floor. Again, it wasn’t an issue for us, but just something to be aware of. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again!

Great location close to the beach. Kitchen well stocked! Plenty of towels. Comfy beds and a washer and dryer was great. Street noise is loud, but you can’t hear it inside or by the ocean! Lots of nice extra touches, sleep masks, ear plugs, sound machines. Beach toys were great for the kids!! Our family of 8 had plenty of spots to sit, eat and sleep!

Lamont's Hamilton Cove place was clean, comfortable, and equipped. Views from the patio of the ocean and rest of the villa are spectacular and have a Mediterranean feel. Lamont and on-island support were responsive and helpful. We are looking forward to coming back later this year.

We loved our stay at Roya’s home. First, the home is lovely and is in an amazing area. We loved how walkable it was to coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The outside patio with the fire pit and the large amount of seating was great. My husband and I were with our 2 daughters (ages 24 and 27) and their spouse and significant other. The 3 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom was perfect. Personally we loved that the lights turned off (only during the daytime and only after 2 hours). Seems like a great way to conserve some energy if they aren’t needed and if they are needed it is easy enough to turn them back on. I would love to have them in our home! We also enjoyed the tile throughout the updated, upscale home. So much easier to keep clean. We found Roya to be very helpful and leave very detailed instructions. We also loved the local art she had on the 2nd floor. It truly is a lovely home in a great area. I recommend it highly and can’t wait to return.

Incredible views! We loved our stay and plan to book again! Comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Plenty of outdoor seating options from which to enjoy the incredible views. Comfortable beds and all furniture in great condition. Only real complaint, if you can call it that, is the lighting outside the front door. Many positives to our stay

Betty’s home was perfect, especially the jacuzzi. We spent a day at the amusement park and soaking in the jacuzzi helped so much with my arthritic bones. The backyard had trees with oranges on them, and a birds nest in the satellite dish which I’m pretty sure had eggs in it. The 3 full bathrooms was a wonder when multiple people need to get ready and the beds were cozy and comfy. Kitchen had the amenities she offers and is so beautiful. Mind you there are tons of cameras around the outside of the house which adds extra safety. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and organized. Had all the “ extras” needed for a family getaway.

Wonderful stay! We were able to get in a couple hours prior to advertised check in on a holiday weekend which was much appreciated so we didn’t have to lug our bags around. Frankly, I thought the place was even better than the pictures and the setting of Hamilton Cove unbeatable. The unit was clean and well appointed and the accompanying golf cart made getting around easy. Would highly recommend staying here as my family will rebook whenever we return.

Overall, we had a great stay here. The location is perfect, and the golf cart made experiencing Catalina easy and fun! The view from the unit is incredible. Lamont was communicative and responsive. There were a few things which in no way spoiled our time there but should be addressed. Not all windows open due to broken mechanisms, and the shower pressure and hot water were weak at best, but only for the shower, so I think it could be easily addressed. But, having morning coffee on the deck, easy access via the golf cart to restaurants, hiking, the beach, and everything else Avalon has to offer, it was an enjoyable stay.
