Monthly Rentals in Amelia Island

Peter was great, very friendly, left you alone but answered questions when you had them. The only item that I think they can improve on is the patio. It is a nice private area that could be made into an even better spot to enjoy. The other issue is not with Peter or the property, but the train that goes by in the morning. I'm an early riser so it did not bother me, but you may hear it from time to time if you like to sleep in. Overall for my needs the spot was excellent, great wifi connection and speed, nice work space, comfortable bed, full kitchen to cook all your meals if you want, washer and dryer in unit, and walking distance to coffee shops, ice cream, sports bars, restaurants, and more...

A comfortable location with an easy walk to the beach. Quiet and restful.

Fantastic condo with incredible views. We have stayed in many and this was our favorite. Host is very welcoming and responsive. Arriving late at night, it felt great to know milk, cereal, coffee, and snacks would be waiting for us in the morning. Check out is very easy - no clean up needed, which is so helpful to have an easy departure. Can’t wait to stay again - thank you!!

We stayed a month in Kristi’s house and it suited our needs. Very clean and located close to downtown Fernandina Beach. A plus was that a brewery and restaurants were within walking distance. Kristi was very responsive and welcoming. Would recommend her place!
