Vacation rentals with beach access in Amelia Island

Susan was a wonderful host! It was so nice to get there and find some cold water in the refrigerator and snacks in the basket. It was just a short walk to the beach and Starbucks. She also had coffee pods in the apartment. There were plenty of linens and she has it cutely decorated. She even had bowls set out for our dog!

What I liked about the apartment was the details and decoration. Everything with pleasure! Bonito and not full of trinkets like the vast majority of renting apartments.

This is the 2nd time I did an airbnb with Zac. He’s very responsive and true to the airbnb description. I’m definitely going to use him again for my visit back home in Jax, FL.

Char’s place is super cute. It feels like an old beach cottage. It’s a short, easy walk to the beach, and only a mile from the pier. The beds and pillows are super comfy, and the living room has clean, comfortable furniture. There’s plenty of space for a family, and even a bonus bed in the laundry area off of the living room. The kitchen is well stocked. Chat answered all of our questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in staying close to the beach hidden gem!

This apartment (the complete downstairs area of the house) is just what we were looking for. Plenty of room for 5 people and a baby. Raniya was an exceptional hostess and very accommodating and flexible. We met both her and her husband, but other than quick introductions, we didn't even realize they were upstairs in their part of the house. The backyard was beautiful and just a short walk over the sand dune, you were on the beach. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including toys for my grandson to play with and a pack-n-play for him to sleep in. I would definitely recommend this airbnb and would most certainly stay here again if we come back to Jacksonville.

Location of Lisa's place is fantastic! Grocery store, restaurants, bars, and beach are very short walks. Very quiet neighborhood. I had a few questions for Lisa, and her responses were very timely. I would stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay. Enjoyed taking the golf cart to downtown which was easy to get to. We felt right at home, everything was clean and well stocked. The host was easy to communicate with - we had a great time!

This house is in a wonderful location for beach lovers. We had everything we needed. Lynne responded right away when I texted her. Beds were comfy! Kitchen was well stocked. I am returning in April. Love this spot!

I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay with my two dogs. It was a very short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was safe, quiet and perfect for walking. The house was very clean and spacious. Hope to stay there again in the near future!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Erica and Mark’s. They are very attentive hosts, and our accommodations were comfortable and homey. The townhouse is perfectly located in a clean, safe and quiet neighborhood with beach access just a couple of blocks away, which is awesome! We loved it and would definitely stay there again!!

The short walk to the ocean was amazing. The condo is cute and comfortable and provided exactly what we needed while we were there. The condo and the walk to the beach felt safe. The balcony provides the most amazing ocean breeze and we sat outside much of the time we were there.

Place was perfect for our stay. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of options nearby for food and drink. We enjoyed the upper level covered porch area for coffee in the mornings. Will definitely be back!

I can't say enough about this wonderful place. We loved having supereasy walkable beach access and taking a walk every morning. Christine anticipated every need we might have while away from home--in the kitchen, in the bathroom. The washer and dryer were a bonus. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and the view of the trees across the street--and the sunset! Thanks for everything, Christine.
