Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Amelia Island

We really enjoyed everything about the house. Everything was very clean and it made you feel at home with the appliances, A lot of dishes and pot and pans to choose from if you forgot anything. A big plus was the spacious kitchen, living area, and bedrooms. The master bathroom shower was like a little piece of Heaven. April was very quick in responding to questions. No problems at all. Would definitely be back if in the area.

The place is amazing! It exceeded all my expectations. It is a beautiful home with great features and amenities. It was super clean and spacious, with plenty of room to accommodate family and friends. Ms. Lori was an exceptional host! I cannot say enough about her kindness, responsiveness, and overall pleasant spirit making sure everything was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience for my family, and we are extremely grateful! We will book again, You will not be disappointed!

Loved staying at this house while my husband had surgery at Mayo Hospital! The house was so convenient to Mayo and restaurants and shopping. It was so nice sitting outside by the Koi pond and relaxing. The house had everything you need.

Amazing home! Wifi worked great! Nice Tvs and even provided us with water and drinks in the fridge. Highly recommend.

Susan was a wonderful host! It was so nice to get there and find some cold water in the refrigerator and snacks in the basket. It was just a short walk to the beach and Starbucks. She also had coffee pods in the apartment. There were plenty of linens and she has it cutely decorated. She even had bowls set out for our dog!

Char’s place is super cute. It feels like an old beach cottage. It’s a short, easy walk to the beach, and only a mile from the pier. The beds and pillows are super comfy, and the living room has clean, comfortable furniture. There’s plenty of space for a family, and even a bonus bed in the laundry area off of the living room. The kitchen is well stocked. Chat answered all of our questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay here and it’s always perfect. The location is wonderful, price is right and the check in and our process was super simple.

This apartment (the complete downstairs area of the house) is just what we were looking for. Plenty of room for 5 people and a baby. Raniya was an exceptional hostess and very accommodating and flexible. We met both her and her husband, but other than quick introductions, we didn't even realize they were upstairs in their part of the house. The backyard was beautiful and just a short walk over the sand dune, you were on the beach. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including toys for my grandson to play with and a pack-n-play for him to sleep in. I would definitely recommend this airbnb and would most certainly stay here again if we come back to Jacksonville.

Place was perfect for our stay. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of options nearby for food and drink. We enjoyed the upper level covered porch area for coffee in the mornings. Will definitely be back!

We are locals who are relocating to North Carolina. We sold our home on the island and while we were waiting on closing we decided to experience the south end of the island for a couple of weeks. Ghazel was very helpful and quick to respond any time I reached out. Place was warm and inviting. You will not be disappointed!! I took many walks throughout the property! So peaceful + beautiful. I recommend renting a golf cart and head to the marsh for a spectacular sunset! It's buggy, so don't forget the bug repellent!! It was a pleasure to stay here + I'd definitely stay again!

Would highly, highly recommend. The cleanliness and comfort of this spot was the perfect getaway and remote 'office' for a week. AMAZING oceanfront view. Location was great to get to Neptune Beach for great dining options. LOVED the extended courtesy of renting bikes from Tiffany. Private/reserved parking also a nice bonus given how busy the area gets during peak times.

This was an excellent trip. The location is outstanding, right next to the pool and just a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. The beach is uncrowded and perfect for kids. The condo is extremely nice, and the hosts were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Spotless beach side studio, large bath, well stocked, with beach chairs and toys. gated and secure. I was able to cut thru Sawgrass CC once I had my temp parking pass. (saves time going to dinner/shopping). beach access, with shower at the sand. excellent. 2 beds w/ pull out sofa.
