Monthly Rentals in Whitcomb Bayou

We had a great time here. Unit was fantastic for our needs! And we loved the area. Short walk to the lagoon where we watched manatees. And short walk to town that had many shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. For example we asked if they had an umbrella for the beach, and because they did not Julia ordered us a beach umbrella off of Amazon. She did not need to do this but was so kind to do so. The property was very well decorated and had a comfortable bed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything was impeccably clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a one week stay. The location is stunning, perfect if you want to go for a morning run or cycle ride. It was a 5 to 10 minute walk to the local beach, which was perfect for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend the property. Many thanks, Ed and Mel Steeds.

Nice quiet stay, reasonable and pretty close to a beautiful state park.

Enjoyed our stay. Good location--about a 20 minute walk to the "Greek" downtown on the waterfront. There are lots of great restaurants/attractions to enjoy. Also a short walk to the historic downtown with a nice main street filled with shops and restaurants. Beaches are a short drive away (I would recommend Honeymoon Island). The unit was clean, with easy parking. Kitchen had all you needed for cooking. We stayed at the unit for 6 weeks and had a great time. A/C and Heat worked great, with easy to use remote control. Wifi was dependable and fast. Unit is on the 2nd level, with a coin operated laundry/storage below, so you do not have to worry about neighbors below you. You can clearly see in the pictures that the bathroom walls do not go all the way to the ceiling and there are no doors on the bedrooms, so I suggest staying at the unit with someone you like... All in all, nice clean place, good location, and there is plenty to do. We really enjoyed it.
