Brandy and her awesome family were perfect hosts. Their property is in a very nice peaceful, safe area close to everything. Great for extended stays. Highly recommend.

Great location for me within easy walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants, and nearby hiking trails by Lake Arbor. Brittany was very responsive to any potential problems so everything went well. There are 2 dogs but they are very friendly. Kitchen was well stocked with microwave and easy to use induction stove top. Wifi and TV worked well.

Absolutely amazing gem of a place with great hosts. Very friendly, responsive, and considerate. I would recommend this place to anybody without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosa’s - we stayed 3 weeks while transitioning out to the area. Had a nice office where my husband could work…all set up with desk chair and WiFi available. Super cute place, quiet neighborhood and so close to grocery stores, restaurants etc…only about 20 min drive to Denver. Thank you Rosa for sharing your place with us!
