Best Location in Old Town! Home on Mountain Ave
House was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, comfortable and an amazing location.

Massive 5 Level House With The Best Views in FOCO
Great place to stay with close proximity to old town! The beds are incredibly stiff but overall a great place. Soooo many stairs 😂 but that made the view amazing. Also the hot tub was a super fun touch!

NoWhere Special Homestead. Private Basement w/bath
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Adam's one-bedroom basement apartment in Ft. Collins! From the moment we arrived, Adam was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property, and he even took the time to personally show us around, making sure we would be comfortable and answering all our questions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy, homey feel. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were all very clean and well-organized. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this charming property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Ft. Collins. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious 3 bed/3 bath Longmont House
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Carol and Lucy’s home! The space was beautiful and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The house was very clean with plenty of space for relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet, especially at night which was nice. Communication with the host was always prompt and very cordial. My family and I will definitely be back to stay in this beautiful home when we visit our relatives in Longmont again! Thank you Carol and Lucy!

Comfortable home close to CSU and Horsetooth!
This home was perfect as a last minute rental for our family of 4 adults. So much better than a couple hotel rooms! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied with all we needed. It was an excellent value! It is worth noting that unlike many of the reviewers,we had no pets with us, yet still chose this place based on location, price, and recommendations of others. It is homey and comfortable and highly recommended!

Cozy and Quiet 2BR/1 Bath. Steps to Lake and Park!
I enjoyed stayed at this property! It was comfy, clean, easy to find, and well-located near a beautiful lake. The host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. I will book this property again and have recommended it to friends and family in the Loveland area.

Family friendly Old Town Bungalow
We stayed for a short visit with my son who lives nearby. It is very close to the college and downtown area as well as shopping. Although it was nicely laid out, I do wish there was a TV upstairs rather than having to go downstairs to watch anything. Also, the laundry machines are due for a change out....the dryer burned some spots on a couple items. Overall, the place was warm and cozy for our stay.

old town basement apt
Thank you Mary, Appreciated your flexibility and responsiveness! Great stay and just what I needed. Your place is in a great central Longmont location, private, safe, and spacious!! I am Looking forward to staying again when I am in town!

Cozy Bungalow in Greeley, with garage.
Excellent place for a stay. Very responsive. Clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend if you’re in the area.

2800 sq. ft. Pet Friendly house w/ Shuffleboard
This was one of the most comfortable Airbnbs I have ever stayed at! There were so many little extras like cozy blankets, toiletries, kitchen appliances, a sweet little basket of snacks and a note for our Volleyball players. There was plenty of room for our 2 families of 3 and a great hangout for our teens. We were so thankful to have a space to rest and hangout between games and not be stuck in a hotel room. It felt like we were staying a friend’s house! :)

Heart of Longmont- Game Room & Sauna! Sleeps 8!
Large house with a driveway parking spot. Great house for a larger group. Nice, large kitchen for cooking or hanging out.

♥Pet Friendly🐾Sculpture Gardens 🐾 Mtn Views♥
It was awesome having the Sculpture Garden right across the street. We enjoyed nice touches like the decor and diffuser. When we arrived, the place wasn't clean. We let Michal know and she was on it right away. The cleaning crew had not done a good job and she spent her own time to come and make it right. She has great communication and was very kind and helpful! You can tell she cares about you as a guest. Lots of towels and extra linens and nice, eco friendly toiletries.

Bright, Beautiful & Dog Friendly Steps to Old Town

Spacious Home in the Heart of Loveland!
My family and I gad a great time at Hannah’s home. Her and Jarrod were very gracious and responded quickly from booking to check out. Their home felt cozy and like a home away from home. They really go above and beyond w/so many extras provided, I probably could have packed 1 less suitcase!! Highly recommended. Especially if you’re bringing family that includes your youth to young adult children. Thank you Hannah & Jarrod!!

All About Fort Collins
Located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains around 60 miles north of Denver, Fort Collins is a vibrant city known for its craft beer, bike-friendly streets, and lively state university. You’ll find all the boutique shops, restaurants, galleries, and breweries you need in Old Town, considered one of the most walkable downtowns in the country. Murals cover the brick buildings here, showcasing local artists, while live music drifts from bars, cafes, and street corners. Fort Collins sits in the shadow of Horsetooth Mountain, so named for its gap-toothed summit. This riot of rocky open space (more than 2,700 acres) includes a waterfall, reservoir, and more than enough hiking and biking trails to keep you huffing thin mountain air for weeks. In summer, the clear waters of the Cache la Poudre River, which is the state’s only Wild and Scenic River, are great for tubing, fly fishing, and whitewater rafting.

No matter when you make the trip, come prepared with multiple layers of clothing, especially as the temperatures start to drop during fall and winter.
Festivals and events are held all year long. In March, the Great Plates Festival celebrates local restaurants and raises money for charity. The Taste of Fort Collins is a two-day family-friendly food and music festival held in June, and FORToberfest is an October celebration with live music and local craft beer.
