Monthly Rentals in Colorado

Spent a month at Andy’s place and felt right at home! He was very responsive and helpful even while he was away getting married. My puppy loved the backyard and being a block away from a huge park where she made lots of dog friends! The Airbnb has everything you need, the bed is super comfy, and it’s very cozy and quiet. You’re also super close to the highway which makes it great if you want to get out and explore more of Colorado! There’s yummy restaurants, coffee shops, and bars a few blocks down on Santa Fe (and some really fun thrifting). Overall a great stay!

The house was spotless, Jesse's mother was impressed. Michael was very responsive for any issue. I give it a big thumbs up!

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

Lauren’s place was great. Location cannot be beat since it is in middle of town. Lauren was very polite and helpful to help us maximize our stay. Walk to buses for access to ski slopes are very manageable. We wish we had known there were other entrances to get in to the complex. We unfortunately took a non direct and complicated way to get in for the first few days. This made check in with carrying our stuff from the car take twice as long since there was a side entrance that led right to the room near the outdoor parking. Overall I would definitely recommend this location and Lauren is a great host!
