Patio and fully fenced in. We live upstairs but separate entrances and spaces. Pets should be attended to and cannot be left if anxious or have separation anxiety. Note there are stairs on side of house to get to the Bungalow unit.

The Arvada GetAway Suite

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.

We are right in the middle of Denver and the mountains off of I-36. Our beautiful garden-level unit will make you feel right at home.
