Vacation rentals with beach access in West Somerset District

Jessica was so helpful, her place is beautiful all the touches of home. I went over the xmas period and jessica had put a xmas tree up and left some lovely treats to eat and drink. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment

Lovely apartment with good amenities and easy parking. well equipped, good WiFi and smart TV, great views. Easy walk to town centre and to coastal path.

Had a brilliant new year break at Helens apartments, the whole apartment was decorated to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you needed, the lovely open plan kitchen diner living room with large sofa and chairs was perfect for our two small families to gather, had lots of really good information from Helen about the area, which was very helpful. Everything is right on your doorstep nice short and long walks, shops, pubs and restaurants the car didn't leave the car park. I would highly recommend the apartment and am looking to return ourselves for another stay.

This is a great, well-equipped, central Woolacombe place to stay. I would not recommend it during high season if you don't like noise as it's right above a restaurant/bar, but for off season it's perfect. The view is spectacular and it's easy to walk to numerous restaurants, the beaches and the local shop. The host communicated well - the instructions were clear for locating the property, check-in and check-out - and she was easy to contact. We didn't have any issues, but it felt like if we had, the host would have responded quickly. Her messages were also were friendly and welcoming.

Had a lovely stay, great location right on the seafront, could sit and watch the waves all day, especially as it was a windy weekend! Place was nice and clean, warm and bright. Parking not a problem, we unable to park on the road out the front but there'a a carpark at the rear which was only £5 per 24 hrs, and actually you enter the property through the rear anyway so handy for loading/unloading. Would highly recommend staying here

we stayed for two nights in a quiet February, and it was great! the views of the beach are incredible and the apartment is really well appointed. I would definitely recommend it to others. Lisa was really helpful and the check-in process was easy.

Absolutely amazing! What else can I say?! Lee was absolutely amazing and responded to all messages very quickly. The apartment was exactly as described and spotless! Can't wait to come back next year!

Beautiful flat and seaview from living room. Fab set up for us. Wish we could take the view home. Driveway was a bit tricky to navigate with a larger car.

We had a fabulous stay. The accommodation was fantastic. We loved the hi spec kitchen for the only meal we cooked whilst there. It was a home from home. Only being a brisk 5 min walk from the promenade was a bonus. Near to restaurants and shops too.

Fantastic stay at Maysmore, beautiful house with everything you need for a break away from home. Quick walk into Lynmouth village. Sally is a great host who is very responsive. We will be back again for our 3rd visit in the near future.

More than great, big spacious house, comfortable and clean. Perfect for a big family, decorated for christmas time, which was an amazing touch. Big balcony on top floor with chairs to sit and admire the view of the sea.

Helen was so helpful! Her place is absolutely spotless. Well equipped for a family! Kitchen is fantastic, everything you need! Great garden area which is private and secure which was perfect for our pooch! This house is exceptionally clean. We will be back - Thank you Helen x

We had a lovely time in Beer. The caravan was clean, tidy and comfortable and the views were amazing. Sarah, the host, was responsive and friendly.

Tristan was a responsive and friendly host. He gave us a great local recommendation for a fossil guide and was helpful when we had a couple of questions during our trip. He was one of the most helpful Airbnb host we’ve had in a long while. The house was very comfortable and very well laid out. It worked well for a group of six people and has a stunning open plan kitchen and living area where we spent most of our time in the house. It’s location, steps from the beach, was perfect for dog walks, eating out enjoying the sand and the waves as well as going on fossil walks.

Have a lovely few nights here, it is very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub had great views and house had everything we needed. It’s a 2 min walk to the beach where you can walk all along. Would defo recommend 😀

Second time staying at Emily’s lovely apartment. Superbly located, see views and really quiet. Great to be able to walk to the seafront in minutes. We will be back next year!

The place was good and at a good price too. There’s not a lot to do in the area but has all the necessities. If you’re not traveling by car it can be a long walk to get around. Not many transport options.

My partner and I spent 4 nights at Shirley’s apartment over New Year. We had a fantastic time: the apartment was really warm, cosy and well-equipped and Shirley was very helpful, giving us clear instructions and leaving lovely touches like biscuits and wine. We really enjoyed exploring the local area, walking to Woolacombe from the flat and to Combe Martin along the South West Coastal Path and getting buses back (we left the car at home and managed to get to the flat and around the local area easily using public transport). We also loved the fireworks by the theatre on New Year’s Eve and stumbled across a brilliant open mic night at a local cafe. Would really recommend this place!

Becky's place is incredibly comfortable and the perfect spot to rest after a long walk. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Becky’s thoughtful touches, like the biscuits, tea, and coffee, were much appreciated. A big thank you, Becky, for the box full of towels and the dog biscuits for our dog. We couldn't explore the town as we didn't have time but it seems like a lovely town.

We had a lovely time at Little Sails, it was warm and cosy, very well equipped and super easy to find. Helen is a warm host and offers lots of assistance. I couldn’t recommend the flat more highly or the area, very friendly and great jump off for local hikes. Also we visited the Olive Tree in Bridport which was excellent for a family of 4 with different culinary tastes - seafood for the olds and pizza for the kids. Thank you Helen x
