Townhome vacation rentals in West LA

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Charming 2br space within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and groceries. Perfect for my fam visiting for my auntie's surprise 80th b'day as it was close to all the places we visited: the birthday venue in Burbank, my aunt's place near Koreatown, and fun things to see and do in both Glendale and Hollywood. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious while the living room, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen have exactly the things needed for a short trip. There is a parking spot available for 1 vehicle (check the listing for exactly where), but if you park in the street, be aware of the parking restrictions. Bravo to Nasser, Nasser, and Sia for such a lovely and accommodating experience! Highly recommended!

We stayed from Tuesday through Sunday and it was great. I stayed with my wife and my kids. We had everything that we needed to cook a quick breakfast every morning before heading out to explore. The garage fit is tight, I was driving a rental minivan and had no problem fitting in. A large SUV or truck will not fit. Overall will definitely stay again. Linda was a great host and communication was always in a titimely and polite manner.

Great spot. Location is awesome, and the space itself is very cool, especially the outdoor areas, (i found myself on the deck most of the time, great spot to hang ). setup inside is also very nice, has everything youd need for a stay, and beds were comfy. Vanessa communicated extremely well and even went above and beyond to accommodate us on a special request. Would highly recommend, and for those with concerns about the deposit, i was refunded the deposit immediately after check out.

Host was super nice. They even had little snacks for us too. We super appreciated that. Everything was in close proximity. It was perfect for my group, we had a a festival that was about 15 min away. Neighborhood isn’t “great” but we felt comfortable there.

We loved our stay at James place lots of room and felt right at home. Love the location and peace and quiet nights. Definitely going to be coming back. James answered all questions and gave me the correct information when needed. Thank you again.

We had a great stay! The house is situated with three other houses sharing a driveway, but it was very quiet and we didn’t see anyone. The bedrooms were roomy and accommodated my husband and I and 2 adult children. There was some construction next door, but we weren’t home during the day, and it didn’t bother us. The location made it easy to reach our events in Pasadena and Burbank. The neighborhood isn’t super walkable but there were a couple of good coffee places and a donut shop nearby.

The best Airbnb we have stayed at! We rented Chelsea’s home to visit family for the holidays. Our group was 5 adults and 3 kids, and everyone fit comfortably and felt right at home. The house had so many thoughtful things for kids like a few books and toys to enjoy. There was ample space to hang out inside or out in the lovely backyard. We rented a car to go further places like the beach, Universal Studios and the Getty, but there was so much within walking distance as well - including restaurants, a bookstore, theater and more. The pictures do not do this house justice, and all the little touches made it feel like the staying at a friends home. We had a great stay and hope to be able to go back someday!

This home is at a convenient location with easy access to restaurants in the San Gabriel area. The neighborhood is safe and clean. The owner responds to messages quickly.

We are locals and this is one of the best neighborhoods on the East side, it's very close to all the freeways. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, parking was easy, lots of neighborhood shops and eating places. It's also a great neighborhood to go jogging!! The place is super comfortable and the beds are super comfy too. I would book here again.

The space was quaint and accommodating. It was centrally located to all the places we needed to be! We enjoyed our stay!

Spotlessly clean to a level that someone with OCD would appreciate. The bed/bath arrangement makes it effectively a triple-master with add'l bathroom. Walkability is great! This was my second stay at the property and both were great!

Amazing, clean home! Love the fact that we got a gate for security and easy access to the garage. The home was easy to find and easy to check in to. Great price for what all that you get. Highly recommended!

Really great place for a family vacation and super close to universal studios and other attractions. The Airbnb was very spacious, comfortable, and clean would definitely stay here again!

Could not be happier! Lovely, private, quiet, easy option in the heart of Glendale, which is a fun suburb with good shopping for husband, wife, 23yo and 8yo. Close to Ralph’s and Starbucks too. Art and Armen were responsive and thoughtful when we needed to ask a question. Two beds, two full bathrooms, good water pressure, a comfy sofa bed in the lounge, all the cooking things we needed and a dedicated work space on the middle level. We enjoyed being able to cruise around LA and surrounds all day, park easily, and flop when we got ‘home’. Really good experience. Will stay again.

Visited on a work trip and enjoyed our stay! The place is spacious and clean, we particularly enjoyed the roof terrace. 15 minute walk into Highland Park which is a cool neighbourhood, and easy access to most of LA via car. Would stay again!
