I am impressed with his prompt and friendly communication style, which includes providing all necessary details in a timely manner. He creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel at home. My family and I found the place very cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the heated pool, the backyard’s spacious play area and the relaxing ambience. My only suggestion is that the addition of fire pit and increased outdoor lighting would enhance the experience. Nevertheless, I would still rate this a 5-star rating. Thanks Mordehay!

This house was the best! it was fully equipped with all the amenities. it was soo clean, no clutter, lots of towels, a full kitchen and so much more. the location was perfect. a 3 minute walk to Pico where all the restaurants and groceries are. Deborah was sooo accommodating. She was extremely fast in her response. We needed a hot plate and a water urn and within 30 minutes, she had dropped it off. This is by far the best airbnb we've ever been to.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home is really accessible and location is perfect for what we wanted to see and do. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed. Great kitchen with lots of amenities. And the beds are extra comfortable. The privacy in the home and neighborhood made it comfortable for us. It’s a family-friendly home. Alison could not have been more communicative. We loved our stay!

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

We were extremely comfortable and there was not anything we “wanted” for. It was beautiful views and surrounding areas. Great stay! Would recommend it to anyone.

My family and I really enjoyed spending the holidays in this space! The apartment is in a great location - with a park just across the street which was convenient for walking my dog - and has easy freeway access. Overall, the apartment had everything we needed to feel right at home!

Veronica’s house was great for our family. It’s a funky layout with each bedroom located on separate floors but it worked fine for us. We would absolutely come back.

This is the second time my friends and I stayed ay their home and we had a wonderful time again. The host responses to my question were very detailed and quick which I am very grateful for. Their home was very beautiful, comfortable, and we had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. I also like to reiterate that having two parking spaces is an incredible comfort as finding a nearby parking space can almost be impossible. Even after checking out, the host was fast and very helpful after we had forgot a couple items.

Perfect location and great option for my family of 4. We made breakfast every day in the well-stocked kitchen and everyone was comfortable since we had some space to spread out. We needed an extra comforter and the host was able to provide that. Highly recommend for a small family or group stay.

Walked to beach, restaurants ;also walked to Whole Foods and the famed Gjusta bakery . Quiet and comfy. We spent a full week . House has everything one needs including parking.

Perfect Stay. We loved the Cozy Home. Our welcome was amazing. I had mentioned to Vardan that we would be celebrating my wife's birthday during our stay, and we were greeted with a very thoughtful birthday present and card, and a bottle of wine. We were attending the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl, and the location of the house was very convenient. And, it's only 10 minutes from Burbank Airport. We loved walking around the neighborhood, especially wit all the Christmas decorations up. The location is very private and quiet, When the University of Oregon goes back to the Rose Bowl, we hope Cozy Home will be available! Thanks, Vardan.
