Waterfront vacation rentals in West LA

Emily's property was fantastic. It is a great location right on the Strand in Manhattan Beach, so you get to enjoy both the sounds of the waves as well as gorgeous views from your private deck. The property had been recently remodeled and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

The location of this Airbnb it amazing. It is a small walk to Malibu pier and right by everything. Would definitely stay again!!

The best spot on Ocean Avenue - it has to be. A view of the ocean and a quick hop across the street to seaside for the sunset. Morning walks in Palisades Park and evening strolls to any one of many fantastic restaurants. I was here for a work event and felt like I was on a retreat. I highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed here many years ago and have always wanted to return. Unfortunately, our schedule never aligned with availabilities. We were thrilled to return and it was as memorable a stay as we hoped for. The beautiful vista, the ocean's roar, and the serene environment were only shattered when we accidentally broke 2 glasses. We look forward to our next visit!

Our family absolutely loved staying at this beautifully restored gem! The property effortlessly combines charming, classic details with all the modern amenities you could want. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, thanks to the thoughtful touches throughout. The location was just a quick walk 1.5 blocks from to the beach. We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs, beach volleyball, and sand bucket. Inside, we had all the comforts we needed, from coffee pods to keep us going in the morning to the convenience of Uber Eats for groceries and essentials. The surrounding area was so walkable, too; we were able to explore a variety of nearby restaurants without needing a car. Street parking was ample too. Thank you!

Being a massive fan of the show I was so excited when I was able to book the middle apartment and it was everything I dreamed it would be. The apartment has aged but was clean and had everything we needed. There was a bit of a crack in one of the windows but it didn’t affect the wonderful view of the ocean. Hermosa Beach is such a wonderful place to stay and with the beach house on the corner it was great for people watching. Walking distance to shops and restaurants was amazing and we even took the bikes all the way to Santa Monica. Wonderful stay, would love to come back. Thank you so much Gary for keeping this place authentic and true to the show.

Exactly as described. Has everything you need, and it’s very clean. You can’t beat the location; the beach is right there, and so many restaurants and attractions. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice studio close to the beach and the everything Malibu has to offer

Deborah's place was relaxing, very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Easy walk to the beach and Riviera village. The house was very clean and equipped with everything that you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The house is cozy and homey-feels like you're visiting family. Our family loved the beautiful outdoor space with lovely gardens to explore, a quiet place to relax, sip coffee or work. The bedrooms are a good size with very comfortable beds and wonderful linens. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

What a hidden gem! We loved the trendy 1950's decor. The garden sitting areas were cozy and secluded. The master bed was very soft and comfortable. This cute little home was a block from the beach. Trendy Abbot Kinney Blvd. and the beautiful Venice Beach Canals were just a short walk away. We enjoyed watching the skateboarders at the Venice Beach Skatepark, walking along the boardwalk, checking out the expansive beach, and eating at fantastic restaurants on Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Bridget was a terrific host. She gave excellent driving directions, clear check in/out instructions, detailed information about the house, and helpful tips regarding the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was easy to find, clean and felt like home. Jennifer was very responsive. The neighborhood is very quiet. And the house is close to the parks. We had no issues during our 1 week stay, and the house was large enough for our big family of 8 and 1 toddler. Would highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be coming back.

Great hosts, this place was right next to the beach, has all the amenities that you would ever need, including parking, and hosts are very responsive. You can't ask for anything better than this in Venice beach! I will absolutely come here to stay again, and take this review from someone who frequently stays in 4 to 5 star hotels.

Really lovely home, spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, nice and clean and in a quiet area. After 2 months touring the USA this would be one of my top 3 stays.

My family (wife, 9 month old son) and I had a fantastic time staying at Victoria’s place! Right from the start, Victoria went over and beyond to accommodate our requests on early check-in and late check-out and always made sure that we were safe, comfortable and having a great time throughout our stay. She was super friendly, had great communication and was on top of everything! Her house was very spacious, clean, and really felt like home to us for our vacation - all the amenities and supplies she had were great! The rooftop had beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset which was great to see each day/night as well. It was a very memorable experience and great time staying at her house and we appreciate her being an amazing host for our family vacation! Thank you Victoria!

We stayed here last weekend with our kids. Amazing view and location. We watched the dolphins from the living room. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Had such a good time we didn’t want to leave and even extended our stay another night. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

Enjoyed our stay! The place was at a prime spot right by the beach and lots of restaurants around. The host was very responsive and proactive.

Fantastic water views makes hanging out here peaceful and restorative. The place was spotless, well stocked, and an easy walking distance to Naples and the beach. Lots to do here! Hosts were friendly and responsive. Can’t wait until next time!

Tony’s place is amazing. The view is unreal. You wake up to coffee on the deck watching the surfers and people on the strand! Place had everything you would need. Super peaceful and safe neighborhood. One of my favorite Airbnb stays.
