Vacation rentals with a hot tub in West LA

Our house was getting painted and we needed a night away, we had an amazing stay! Love the DTLA view and jacuzzi. The house was beautifully furnished, offering a perfect mix of comfort and style.

We cannot speak highly enough about Adam and this beautiful home. We loved staying here. It was incredibly well appointed / lots of little extras and close to ammenities. Adam is an excellent communicator and was super accomodating! Choose this home - you’ll love it!

It’s a great place to stay! Love having the full open walls that are windows. Beautiful views and hot tub was great! Eitay was super helpful in answering questions-especially with all the Wild Fire happenings. We would definitely stay again!

Jorgen was a great host and extremely accommodating and helpful when we had some last minute illness and had to change our stay duration. The backyard is 10/10 amazing. Beautiful and surprisingly private for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside. Thanks for the stay!

Great place, minor improvements can be made but overall an awesome find for the money spent. Close to lots of attractions which was nice. Lots of privacy and a nice Hot tub. One thing to note is that both complexes share the same drive way so if both of the homes have stay in, you constantly have to ask your neighbors to move their vehicles in order to get your car out or in.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Andrew's quiet place for 6 nights while on vacation to LA. The location is quiet and safe but close to Sunset and restaurants and other locations. Andrew provided easy instructions and comfortable place to stay as a home base while visiting attractions below the hills. It was nice seeing the neighborhood and holiday decorations.The residence is clean and has an upper master suite and a second bedroom with bath. We didn't use the hot tub but the patio was cute with a fireplace. We would stay here again. Thanks!

We stayed here a full week and absolutely loved it. The accommodations were comfortable, well-appointed, every detail was mindful – comfortable beds, clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable common areas, fast internet, peaceful reading spots on decks and porches, a fun cedar hot tub, pool and outdoor shower. Sanctuary and refuge are the perfect descriptors. Tucked up Topanga Canyon, it feels so remote. The grounds are whimsical and inspiring, filled with succulents, eclectic art, and wild nature. It's perfect for dawn meditations on the big rock behind the house, evening recaps in the hot tub, beautiful strolls around the neighborhood, cooking, puzzles, games, movies, and reading. So peaceful. But plenty to do in the local area also – great restaurants, spectacular nearby hiking, and wonderful beaches along PCH make the whole area fun. Maggie was a great hostess – very responsive and offered great suggestions. Overall, a great place to stay. We have many great memories there!

Beautiful and clean place. Amazing communication with hosts

The location of this house is truly special, with breathtaking views that we never got tired of. Waking up to the sunrise over The Valley and the surrounding mountains each morning was pure magic. The pool area is fantastic - perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. We also loved how peaceful and quiet the surroundings were despite the proximity to the busy Ventura Blvd. Our host was easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

The location was indeed convenient but safe area a little worrisome, we didn’t go out after dark, could use a new coffee pot but nice amenities and snacks provided. Place was clean, the bed in the master bedroom closet was a surprise. Gal was a great host. This was our second time there. Still a bargain!

Beautiful home. The backyard is amazing. Serene. Host was very responsive to minor issues that we had. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Stephen’s place is beautifully situated and was a nice size for our family of five (kids ages 9-12). Coming from a cold climate, we especially enjoyed being able to eat and play in the outdoor spaces in January! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host throughout our stay; it’s clear that he cares a lot about keeping the property in good shape for guests, and while there were a fair number of rules to abide by they all seemed quite reasonable. Would definitely stay again!

Place was great! The proximity to Universal is unbeatable.

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!
