Amazing location, really peaceful, not too far from the city…but immerse in the countryside.

Wonderful weekend stay, amazing amenities inside and was a lovely cozy environment, would recommend and would definitely stay again

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Lovely quaint barn! Great location for walks, two local pubs and the HomeBarn is just at the end of the road which is a bonus! A few mins drive to Marlow… perfect location!

A wonderful stay - wish we could have stayed longer and had more time to take walks and explore the local area. The accommodation was clean, bright and airy, and spacious. Well appointed kitchen. Cosy and warm. The snow on our last evening was a bonus!

We had a lovely and peaceful stay at Charles’s property. Check-in was a breeze and Charles met us to go through the basics of the property, give us some local recommendations and answer any questions. Charles was always on hand in case we had any issues or questions but other than that we were left to relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings. The space itself is very nice and just like the pictures and description, the bathroom is especially nice and done to a very high standard. The huge bed was also very comfortable. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would certainly stay again or recommend to others

Paul’s property was even more spacious than it looked in the photos, making it an even better surprise upon arrival! Paul’s place in Charney Bassett is a gem! A peaceful, private retreat surrounded by stunning countryside. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

A really lovely Airbnb in a picturesque and peaceful location. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Karin was a very communicative and accommodating host. Would recommend to others.

A beautiful (independent from the main house) self contained stables. It had all we could need for a perfect stay. Peaceful and quiet surroundings too - excellent for working in. Shelagh was friendly and helpful and was able to recommend some lovely local pubs for evenings out. I would recommend staying here and hope to come again soon.

the best stay! I booked this quite last minute and even then the process from start to finish was seamless. Mel was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. She accommodated an early check in and flexible check out. The place itself is gorgeous.. the art, the thoughtful decor wnd furnishings made it really stand out. I had everything I needed and the wood burner was amazing in these cold months. I was driving so found the location very easy to get around from. There is a lovely cafe a few minutes away where I got freshly baked pastries and coffee.. the ladies who worked there were also so friendly! I would highly recommend Mel’s place, she even gives a comprehensive recommendations list which I benefitted from. I will definitely be back, thank you Mel ☺️

What an absolutely fabulous place. The wine cake and bath salts were a lovely touch. We really liked reading about the development of the Barn and all of the art for sale in the corridor and the honey and the books to swap. We had great fun exploring the local area. It was a lovely view and super peaceful. Everything inside felt brand-new and was absolutely spotless. There wasn’t anything missing at all. The sofa was really comfy and it was beautifully decorated. thank you for a wonderful weekend.

I can’t speak highly enough about this property and also Ashling, the Host. I arrived with my five-year-old daughter and we both loved the property. Ashling was an amazing host, not only personally checking us in, but also checking during our two day stay that everything was okay. Little touches like having a pint of milk in the fridge were just so incredibly thoughtful and also helpful. I will definitely be going back!

Had a lovely time staying at the Piggery. Hosts were lovely and very responsive. The Piggery itself was without a fault, exactly what was needed for a little relax to start the new year. All the extra touches and thoughts were so lovely including additional blanket, plastic glasses for hot tub, all the cooking utensils, products in the bathroom and for cleaning. I would recommend and stay at the Piggery lots of times! Thank you Clair and Chris!

Amazing place, stunning and peaceful. Decor is immaculately finished and everything works. The Wi-Fi worked great for my music stream while getting ready for my works Christmas party at the Crazy Bear which this property is only a 3 mile drive from. Would definitely book again.

Lovely place to stay. Lots of thoughtful touches, like the phone chargers. Steve is a very helpful and responsive host.

Had a lovely 3 night, warm and cosy winter stay in the loft. A great location to relax, read and explore nearby villages and jump the bus into Oxford. Anna and Jonathan were great hosts, who communicated well throughout.

This is the perfect bolt-hole for exploring this beautiful area. In my opinion It is better than the photos. Very well equipped, warm, peaceful, and a very comfortable bed. Karen is incredibly helpful and responsive. Definitely worth a visit.

Brilliant stay, very helpful and communicative host. Perfect location walk for miles right of the door step and set on the edge of a beautiful village. Not a stone left unturned in the property with dishwasher tabs, washing tabs, coffee pods, tea, milk etc all provided. Very happy with our stay in the Cotswolds and will be back.

Dinahs place was exactly as described. Everything was clean and well looked after, and it was very cosy during ehat turned out to be a very stormy new years eve. Great place to be able to take our dog as lovely walks from the property. Would recommend.
