Monthly Rentals in Waveland

This place was amazing!!! Sean was awesome and responsive!! Even gave us some ideas on what was going on in the neighborhood! I loved that the showers had body wash and shampoo and conditioner!! I wish every host was as amazing as them!!!

It was great for a family gathering. Beautiful location. Great porch, swing, bikes, and games. Two kitchens and refrigerators. Stocked by someone who values cooking, food, and entertainment. Responsive host. Great value.

Our experience was amazing! There were 3 factors to such a great experience for my family. 1) Teresa is an excellent host and goes beyond what I could have expected. She is thoughtful, kind, sweet, and has a gift of hosting. She as a person is welcoming! 2) The location. We had an easy walk to the beach, with young children! There was rarely anyone else at the beach. I could see the ocean from the porch and sunroom. It was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We drove the golf cart to a sightly bigger beach 5 min away a because there was a pile of sand there. We also took the van to Pass Christian beach and had fun in the stronger waves and looking for sea shells! We were within a day trip (1hr) to New Orleans and went to see the sights -the Zoo, Aquarium, and Insectarium. 3) The home itself. It was clean, beautiful, peaceful, comfortable! Full of light. The sheets/bed, the books, the added touches 100%. The hot tub was a favorite. It was beautifully decorated! No dog hair or smells.

Pye's place is great. It was perfect for warm break walking fistance to the beach and a quick drive to local restaurants and delicious food. The house is private and quiet. The only noise is the RR, but honestly with the windows closed you cant hear it. The house needs a good dusting and the outdoor patio furniture need a good spring clean, but everything else was perfect and exactly as pictured.
