Great clean place. Looks exactly like the pictures, excellent location and extremely close to the beach. Cottage is very clean and well maintained. Pool was also very clean and the grounds are clean. Easy to find, would absolutely stay again. Only tiny issue is hot tub would only heat to 89 even when set higher. The washer and dryer are a major perk when traveling for a lot of days as a family. Thanks for a great stay!!

Amazing stay! Home was absolutely beautiful with lots of space and high end accommodations. Beds are super comfortable and home equipped with everything. The property is very quiet and has lots of outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful coast. Our host was very responsive and flexible especially after she heard that our reservation at another home was canceled due to not being up to standards. Looking forward to visiting again and staying at this wonderful home.

Dock of the Bay – What a Hidden Gem! What a treat this place was for our family! This stunning waterfront property truly made our Easter weekend unforgettable. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and spent every free moment fishing off the dock. The adults enjoyed relaxing under the shaded patio—perfect for afternoon naps, morning coffee, and evening cocktails, all made better with the fun karaoke setup. We also loved that the property had a boat launch, which made it easy to bring ours along. The area felt safe and peaceful, surrounded mostly by friendly local families. Stacy was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed—from beach towels and coffee to a grill and even pet bowls. She responded quickly to any questions we had and really helped make our stay seamless. Can’t recommend this place enough—we’ll definitely be back!

James was easily one of the best Air BnB hosts I've ever had. He had amazingly quick response time answering my texted questions and was warm and conveyed huge hospitality. The cottage is totally unique, especially for anyone staying in coastal Mississippi for the first time...the very large deck out back is perfect for sunbathing or fishing in the canal and gives you a view of how unique this gorgeous, and somewhat hidden, part of the U.S. is. The inside of cottage is just as pictured and was meticulously clean. There were plenty of extra towels and linens. Bay St Louis itself is a charming coastal town with great restaurants and 2-3 truly lovely women's clothing boutiques. We were also able to successfully order Door Dash one night, which was impressive given how peaceful and private the neighborhood is. My friend's flight out of Gulfport was cancelled one night and James graciously answered immediately and let us extend our stay by a night at our same rate. Wonderful hideaway!
