The Hayes House awaits your arrival! Redone by HGTV's Hometown in Season 1, Ep. 11. This unique home has a lovely backyard with a space for outdoor dining & relaxing around the firepit. The home has three bedrooms with queen size beds & two full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower & clawfoot tub & one with a clawfoot tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to stay in & cook. Hayes House is within walking distance to ALL the things downtown & in the Historical District.

Covered parking near the entry. The Magnolia Guesthouse was featured on HGTV’s Home Town S5, Ep12. Sadly, wasn't chosen, but we did a full remodel shortly thereafter. Looking for a hideaway just 3 blocks from town? Park your car and enjoy strolling the Aves. This cozy cottage features a screened in porch and back deck, firepit, hammock, and shared pool (shared with our bed and breakfast next door that will be opening later this year). It boasts a unique split design. The entire house is newly renovated and is available with 3 BR, 2 BA, 2 LRs, and a (fully equipped) farm-house kitchen.

7th Avenue Manor

Set on a hillside overlooking one of Laurel's prominent avenues, 7th Avenue Manor offers 5 bedrooms and 3+ baths.
