Perfectly maintained and a fantastic spot to relax and unwind. The heated jacuzzi is also awesome — it’s perfectly functional, warm, and incredibly relaxing, making it a true standout feature of the property. The location is superb — just a few minutes’ drive to the most amazing beach in the USA! It’s the perfect base for exploring and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Kayla was a wonderful host—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great experience. She provided helpful local tips and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s home. This was our first time coming to AMI since the hurricane. Kathleen was sure to send updated photos of the interior following repairs. There were still some repairs needed on the exterior (various exposed construction and holes in soffits). However this did not significantly impact our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the natural shower gels, shampoo and abundance of sunscreen. There were numerous beach toys as described and the beach wagon came in handy. The space felt a little tight with two families (with somewhat older children) but would be perfect for young kids given the quantity of toys and activities. We had an issue with the interior locks at one point but this was handled well by the host. Overall we had a nice experience. Thank you!

Beautiful spot, not far from numerous restaurants and things to do. Not far from the Charlotte Event Center. Good amenities, stocked cupboards (coffee filters, seasonings, etc). Definitely would stay here again if we visit.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The kids loved the heated pool and all of the pool and beach toys included. The house was very clean and in a great location. Dawn is very responsive when messaging her, often responding no more than a minute or two. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely consider staying next spring break if it is available!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo house. The house was well supplied, and clean. I would definitely recommend this house for any one that has a bigger family to accommodate for. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Yvonne was very easy to work with and always responded when we had questions.

Paul’s house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were nice beach chairs and beach towels to use and the pool was well heated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Paul was quick to respond to our question we had. It’s definitely a place we will stay again.

Very nice place we stayed there while doing some night work for Lee county utility. Place was clean and cozy beds were comfortable over all would not hesitate to use again

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

We loved the pool and hot tub. Ben was very responsive when I asked about if there was a speaker we could use and he dropped one off at the front door within minutes. Great location and price was reasonable. We would Definately stay again!

Amazing, clean place. Great pool

Cute little place. Very quiet neighborhood but only a 5 minute drive to grocery stores and other amenities. My girls enjoyed the pool and the dock for fishing although they didn't get any bites. It was perfect for our small party of 3 for a quick trip to SW FL. Would definitely consider John's place again.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. We loved having access to 2 kayaks to enjoy the canals. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and the house was amazing. The only things that were slightly annoying was having a member from the rental stop by bright and early on our first and last day to go over the status of the rental. When traveling it's a bit annoying to be woken up super early on your first day. I would also suggest changing the timer on the sprinklers. They would go off about 930 at night when we were trying to enjoy the hot tub. While they wouldn't always hit us, the water had a very strong smell of rotten eggs which made us not want to stay outside anymore. Thankfully they didn't come on every night.

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!

Whenever needed to get in contact, they were very responsive and would follow up. Had a slight issue that they quickly resolved. Communicated things in advance so we knew what to expect. Recommend their place for people who want easy walking access to the beach and downtown areas.

The place was perfect for us and our pups. We will definitely be back!!

Thanks again for hosting my family and I. It was the perfect staycation for us. The backyard is the best part of the house. It was a great set up to hang in the pool and be able to watch the football games.

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

A beautiful location, very quiet neighborhood, yet within 1.5 miles of a large supermarket and drugstores. Pictures are very accurate of the home. We loved the outdoor pool area/lanai. There was an issue with the pool filter causing the pool to become too cold for swimming during the last few days, which was unfortunate for us, but that was not the hosts' fault, and they were very responsive, within minutes. The home as a very comfortable layout with several large sitting areas inside, as well as a very large lanai area. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we could need. We did not use the grill, but there was one available. We had an issue with the smoke detectors and, again, a simple text to our hosts brought immediate response and remedy. Alexina and her husband are lovely and very responsive. I would recommend this beautiful spot and we would return on our next trip to Cape Coral.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family. The layout was great, comfortable rooms, kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking. Niconle was a wonderful host. She communicated frequently and made us feel at home. The location is peaceful. The lanai faces a pond with frequent visits by many different shore birds. The kitchen is well equipped. We would stay at this location again.
