Beachfront vacation rentals in Venice

What a great property! Chris and Kaylyn thought of everything and what a great location on Manasota Key. While there are still signs of damage from Hurricane Milton in the area, you wouldn’t know while in the house. Great amenities and location for the beach, dining or just relaxing at a great house. The beach was just a few steps away and is coming back! We’ll be back as this is our favorite place to get away from Wisconsin winters!

The stay at Steven’s went extremely well. He was very responsive regarding all inquiries we had. He also accommodated a late check out for us, as our plane was leaving later in the day. Everything in the listing was made available to us and the walk to the beach was extremely close.

It was perfect for us. Colors were my fiance favorite shade of light blues. Cozy and comfortable with easy access to beautiful Bean Point Beach. Pool is perfect size for two to lounge on the deck or in the water and, soak up the sun and dip in the water to cool off. We look forward to staying there again. We were engaged on Bean Point Beach and celebrated our engagement with family and friends in the boutique. Love it!

Great spot in AMI. Right near the beach bar, skinny’s burgers, and the trolly (free trolley) stops to go downtown. I would stay here again!!! Thanks Jennifer!

Resort style home. Great pool ! Nice linens, kitchen complete for grilling and cooking in. Clean atmosphere. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We didn’t need for anything.

Great location, minutes from the private beach access. Excellent accomodations, great house. Great area.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 month old son. There was a pack and play crib which was great since we couldn't travel with one. The pool/backyard were beautiful and well maintained. The whole house was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very responsive and gave some good recommendations for places to eat as well! Would definitely recommend!

A very pleasant duplex on Anna Maria Island--a quiet beach community. Traffic can be challenging at times. But the beaches are worth it.

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

This was our 4th year in a row and we will be back next year! All 4 years were a great experience. Great people!

From the moment I saw this listing, I fell in love with this house - and being there in person was just magical. The pictures online represent the house incredibly well. The house is in pristine condition, decorated beautifully and very clean. All amenities that you can think of are provided - we only needed to bring along shampoo, conditioner and soap. Everything else is provided for you. The backyard is an absolute oasis and we enjoyed our time out there (just use the bug spray provided!) It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. One block to Pine Street and many shops and restaurants. Jay and Connie were amazing hosts. We were visiting when Tropical Storm Debby hit. They called us each morning to talk about the upcoming storm and to make sure we were doing ok. We were in frequent contact once the storm hit. As a family who has never experienced a Tropical Storm before, we could not have felt more supported. I would highly recommend staying here and renting with Jay and Connie!

We were so pleased with our stay here. The beach was beautiful and the sunsets we saw from the condo were amazing. Several walkable restaurants nearby were handy. The condo was very clean and well-kept. We will be coming back and would recommend this to anyone.

Our stay at Tom’s Airbnb in Fort Myers was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home, thanks to Tom’s kindness and hospitality. The place itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was definitely a highlight—such a great way to unwind after a long day. We also loved the stunning views and all the thoughtful touches throughout the home, from the well-stocked bathroom to the little extras like ziplock bags and laundry detergent. It’s clear that a lot of care went into making sure guests have everything they need. On top of that, Tom was an amazing host—super responsive and always available to answer any questions, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to visit again in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Fort Myers!

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as pictured. Very limited kitchen and small coffee pot but we made do. So nice to have a short walk to the beautiful beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Street in front of the house is busy, but really didn’t bother us. Very convenient to grocery store and dollar store. We would differently stay here again. The only disappointment was the washer/dryer is one unit. I’m not a fan of that.

We had a great stay! We walked to fabulous restaurants and enjoyed the beach which is an easy walk. The pool and hot tub were both heated nicely! We took the trolley to Siesta Key Village which is free and easily accessible as well. The host is very responsive and we would stay here again. I especially liked the large table in the unit and the fact that there are curtains to block any light. The setup was perfect for my family of 4. I think the king bed was a Tempur-Pedic and it slept great. The only thing that I might complain about was that the TV controllers turned on all the TVs at the same time …just a minor inconvenience and wouldn’t deter me from staying here again! ;)

Met Corinna as we were checking in. Her place is lovely - extremely clean and nicely decorated. Walking to town about 5-10 minutes. You feel very safe here too!

Awesome location, located right in between the Gulf and bay! The unit was nicely remodeled, had comfortable furniture and had a beachy vibe. Englewood was hit pretty hard by 2 hurricanes recently, so things are not back to normal, including the deeded beach access and bay access. We're also hosts in Englewood, so we're very understanding of that and it didn't stop us from enjoying the place!

All I can say is we had an amazingly wonderful time ,especially kayaking around lemon bay up to the new Milton pass surrounded by dolphins “within “a couple feet. Really cool yes the kayaks are provided and we took full advantage, The unit itself seemed all brand new kitchen appliances if you are into that sort of thing while on vacation! Lol! We weren’t but did use the the ice in the freezer. We also used the brand new washers and dryers in the garage a huge plus,, The bikes in the garage were brand new , way better than what you mostly get at other rentals Had I known that I would’ve left my own bikes home Very very quiet and serene area. I easily fell Asleep on back deck sofas listening to the gentle breeze flowing through the palm trees listening to the gently chirping birds Short block up to the blue /green water white sandy beach was very nice. We Also biked to all Restaurants We absolutely want to return here next year! Thanks Mike!!

Great experience, we will return. The amenities and supplies were well thought out and generous! I did not want for a single thing. Even extra poopie bags for my pup! The local was friendly and SAFE; we felt as though we were among friends. Debi, our host, was immediately responsive and helpful with any small question. And the pink flamingo decor was perfect and added to the whole experience! Thank you, Debi!!

Dana’s stay was perfect for the Fourth of July weekend. It had a nice homey feel and reminded me my childhood home. It was well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy the beach - beach cart, beach chairs, shelling nets, cooler … I could go on and on. There were nice restaurants all within a few minutes from the beach house. Looking forward to coming back in the near future!

Dear Jeff Thanks for hosting us. Even though the hurrican helene hit this area so hard, you made us feel safe and at home! We enjoyed the lonely beach walks and collecting sea shells. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly. Especially Matt and Peppy. They were always there for a nice chat or a helping hand (our car ran out of battery). We enjoyed every second of our stay!
