Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sarasota County

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the coded entry, no worries about having keys. Close proximity to St. Armand's Circle and Lido Key Beach. Used the trolley often to go to Main Street, Sarasota. Lots of shops and restaurants in St. Armand's. Very clean condo. Heated pool. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service and needed repair during our stay. Loved the screened in balcony and the multi-slide patio doors to the balcony. It makes you feel like the living room is open and airy. Robert and Drew were very quick to respond to any questions that arose. Good instructions for using the laundry and the t.v.'s in the condo. The condo is on the second floor, but there is an elevator nearby. We are definitely coming back!

This is our second year of staying here. Our hosts were very helpful and even left us little treats to welcome us. We arrived on November 8th, 2024. Weeks prior to arrival, they kept us updated on the progress of Hurricane cleanup. Their home is the perfect location. You can enjoy the ocean just across the street or the pool and hot tub with a view of the channel. Their home is clean and includes so many items that would need on this vacation. They were always willing to answer our questions as well as suggestions to make our trip even better. We feel perfectly at home here and can't wait to return next year.

This was our second stay in this stunning home. Jennifer and Amy were excellent to work with. They respond to communication promptly and authentically cared that we had the perfect stay. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. My husband and I are already talking about returning. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful visit to Casey Key while staying at Christopher and Michelle's place. The pool and hot tub are great amenities and the house was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return soon!

We loved the pool and hot tub. Ben was very responsive when I asked about if there was a speaker we could use and he dropped one off at the front door within minutes. Great location and price was reasonable. We would Definately stay again!

Our stay this week at "Our American Dream" was truly a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. This charming abode turned out to be the perfect choice for our vacation, and we couldn't have been happier with the warm and welcoming atmosphere it provided. The location of this Airbnb is an absolute gem. With an array of restaurants, the allure of Siesta Key Beach, and the vibrant activities of Downtown Sarasota all within a stone's throw, we found ourselves spoiled for choice when it came to things to do. The convenience of being in proximity to national parks and shopping malls was also a noteworthy advantage, making it so easy to explore the area. Walking into the home, we were immediately taken by the thoughtfulness put into the recent renovations. The modern kitchen, complete with brand-new appliances including a washer and dryer, proved to be a handy addition to our stay. Madeline impeccably restored the cottage post hurricanes. Her home has everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Access to the beach is nearby. The back yard has amenities galore. Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Nanci’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Paul and Nanci were excellent host, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the observation deck – it was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset! And as for the fishing, the fish definitely bite – we had a great time casting a line and even caught a few! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return on my next trip! Thank you, Paul and Nanci, for such a great experience!

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

Such a lovely stay! Very homey and well decorated without feeling cluttered. Loads of room to spread out and terrific natural light. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were delighted by how walkable the neighborhood was and the street is super charming and quiet.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

Great area and lovely room. I ended up getting sick my first day of vacation and spending a lot of time inside and in bed but thankfully the bed was comfy and the apartment was cozy and clean. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo house. The house was well supplied, and clean. I would definitely recommend this house for any one that has a bigger family to accommodate for. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Yvonne was very easy to work with and always responded when we had questions.

We had a wonderful time at Andrew's house! The backyard was the highlight for us; the pool area surrounded by beautiful tropical plants. I really wish there was a hammock so I could take a nap under the palm trees! The house is a short drive to the famous Siesta Key Beach, and it also even comes with beach chairs, which was super convenient. I definitely recommend it!

Melissa's house is clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was nice having 4 bedrooms and a screened in porch also. The place was clean and well kept. This was our second time staying here.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here! The house was super clean and very well stocked. The pool was very clean and a quiet area back there to relax and enjoy. They had more than enough pool/beach towels and chairs. We loved the location and walkable to beach or a 5 minute drive! The owners are very thorough with directions and information and although we never needed anything, I know they would respond within minutes! Thank you for the warm, spring break at your place! We would definitely stay here again 😎

Lubo was very nice and very helpful. The private pool and surroundings were peaceful and lovely. Close to all of the beaches and restaurants. We had a wonderful time!

Paul’s house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were nice beach chairs and beach towels to use and the pool was well heated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Paul was quick to respond to our question we had. It’s definitely a place we will stay again.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family. The layout was great, comfortable rooms, kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking. Great place! Very clean, responsive with any issues. The only huge bummer was there was nothing except towels for the beach (chairs, umbrella, softer, etc) as we’ve had in every other place we have stayed in.

This was the cutest home and was absolutely perfect for our stay. The home was clean, well stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was crystal clear. The beds were comfortable. The listing was just as described. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We loved the apartment. Lots of room for the whole family. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. We loved having the two bathrooms next to the bedrooms. The whole place was very comfortable. We really enjoyed it all. There were a lot of trucks in the morning near the 7-Eleven across the street, but it was still worth it to stay there. Great price for the accommodations!
