Monthly Rentals in Upham Beach Park

Nice, short get away for two adults! The condo was clean, safe and quiet -- and the decor was very fresh and cute. It was close to lots of restaurants and beach access was just across the parking lot. Pool area was very nice and clean. The condo also had beach chairs, noodles and beach umbrellas. Rondine was very responsive and flexible for us with ability to get into the condo a little early since we had an earlier flight.

Great location right by the beach - and plenty walkable to lots of great restaurants. Desk was a nice plus for remote work along with great internet.

Abiee was very responsive. I got confused about which condo building the unit was in and Abiee immediately texted a map with hand drawn directions which immediately answered my questions. Abiee also worked hard and managed to get the place ready so I could check in 2 hours early which was greatly appreciated. The location is great, right across from the beach, and a short walk to some good food. I don't recall the listing talking about the restaurants nearby, but all we tried were enjoyable. It was so easy that it made for a very relaxing vacation.

We had the BEST month long stay at this Airbnb. I’ve done a few long term stays in Saint Pete and this was by far the best. Beautiful home, perfect location, and the most responsive host- will 10000% be coming again before end of year. 💗☀️
