Monthly Rentals in Upham Beach Park

Easy walk to the beach! Neighborhood was friendly. Restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and matched the description.

Tyler was a very responsive and accommodating Host: When my reservation was effected by Hurricane Helene, Tyler and his co-host Angela helped me to store my things before the area was evacuated and then cancel my reservation to find another place away from the storm damage afterwards. After the Hurricane, they even went out of their way to help package up my things so that I could easily pick them up. All in all, I would recommend this Host in the highest possible terms for the way they helped with everything and were super accommodating.

I am a neat freak and for the price you wil not find better anywhere and it is at the beach! Jeff responded to every text and gave me heads up about hurricane coming. It is close to great eating. Not “on the beach” but close enough. Felt like a local. There are people that live full time in this complex and they are friendly if engaged but not overtly so. Thought the bar next door would be loud but you can’t hear a thing. I was there for work but I will be bringing my wife back for sure!

Pat & Gerry are always wonderful hosts! They give you so much info to prep ahead of times and always think of the little extras. We love staying with them and have many times and will continue in the future as well.
