The Old Post Office - Large 6 Bedroom House

The Old Post Office, Grange was a great location for a family celebration. The house had plenty of space - and although the heating did not behave, the owner was very responsive and came to sort with electric heaters! Many thanks!

Unusual 2 bedroomed deckhouse by the sea

SamRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a relaxing winter break at Pippa’s deckhouse. The place bright and airy as well as being cosy and warm - the underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom is great! The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed several meals around the centrepiece dining table, also enjoying many of the board games provided. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night so we all slept well. Our children loved the fun triple bunks with coloured lighting. The location is great too, we did a long walk in the surrounding countryside, exploring the beautiful coastline and hospitality of the Old House at Home in Chidham. Highly recommended. The Deckhouse Cafe/Bar, in the marina (a 3 min walk) had restricted opening times, probably for winter, but we had a delicious brunch there one day. Nice, friendly atmosphere and popular with locals. Overall, a great Feb half-term getaway for the 4 of us. Thank you!

Contemporary Container - with hot tub

AlexRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a fantastic two-night stay in this beautifully converted shipping container just 15 minutes outside of Bath. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care had gone into making the space comfortable and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean, exactly as described, and offered excellent value for money. Before our arrival we had been concerned that rain on the roof might make it difficult to sleep, but that wasn’t an issue at all—it was surprisingly silent. The air fryer was a really useful addition for cooking simple meals, making it easy to eat in without much fuss. The real highlight, though, was the wood-fired hot tub. We used it multiple times during our stay, and having it pre-heated pre arrival is a good idea - using it at night under the stars was great. Overall, this was a perfect little getaway, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, peaceful stay near Bath. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Dinky's Den, a beautiful tiny home

JackRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lovely little setting, out of the way & only a short walk to the coastal path. The 'den' is surprisingly spacious, very warm even in the deep winter months with the wood burner & central heating. Perfectly suited for a short getaway! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The Clave - Shipping Container

ChloéRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Myself and a friend were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful Airbnb! We stayed for one night, it was super easy to check in and leave. The entire space was incredible, modern and very clean. The outdoor bath was hot for hours whilst we stargazed! The space was next to a field of lambs and sheep, which we thought was cute. We loved how simple the entire process was and the parking was next to the cabin. We have nothing negative to say about this place, we’d love to come back again one day in the future, it was a perfect dream! Highly recommend! ❤️

The Steel and Stars Cottage

TomRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I had a lovely relaxing weekend at Sue's place - it is the perfect getaway of you are in need of a little retreat. The accommodation is cosy and clean, with lovely countryside views. I particularly enjoyed eating at the breakfast bar. I would recommend spending some time in the evening looking up at the stars - there is very little light pollution and you can see a lot! Sue is an excellent host! She offered some tips on places to eat (and watch the rugby) and we'll as promptly answering any questions.

tiny cabin on farm, sleeps up to 6. Dogs welcome

ZoeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Before we even arrived we had detailed instructions on absolutely everything we needed to know. About the perfect cabin, how to get there, everything you can do in the area including food places. I realised a week before that i needed to order a cake for my partners birthday and i asked if they recommeded anyone. They gave me the info for a lady and i got a cake at such short notice. We arrived around 7pm so didnt see the amazing views until the morning. We got inside the cozy cabin, inviting with towels on all beds, tea, coffee, biscuits. It can sleep 6 and there was only 2 of us and 2 dogs. There were dog beds under the single beds. Every little thing had been thought of. We needed an iron for our second night and the response was quick and we got one within a few hours. The views are incredible and i would recommend this quaint cabin along with the hosts, the hosts are what made an already beautiful place, incredible.

The Copper Hut & Hot Tub, Barton Turf, Norfolk

HollyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was a special trip for us as it was our mini moon. The hut was perfect. The stay was perfect. Everything about the weekend was absolutely perfect! We had the most relaxing break and it was just what we needed after planning a wedding in 6 weeks! We absolutely fell in love with the hut and the surroundings and will definitely be frequent visitors to this lovely spot. Plenty to do and see just a short drive or if you want to venture a bit further you’ll find lots. Hannah was an amazing host. Fantastic recommendations for breakfast spots, although the neighbours (the chickens) had plenty of eggs for breakfast. Honestly cannot recommend Hannah and Berry Hall Farm Retreat enough. Your copper hut will always hold a very special place in both our hearts! Thank you, from Holly & Rachael. Mrs & Mrs Jacob

Am Fuaran , Isle of Iona, The perfect small space.

SarahRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We were over the moon with Am Fuaran. Beautifully situated in the heart of the village yet totally private and peaceful, with its own quiet garden and glimpses of the sea and the boats from all the windows, it was everything we had hoped for and more. Thoughtfully equipped and furnished, it was perfect for the two of us for our 5 day break. What made it extra special, though, was the warmth of the welcome we received from Carol and Davie - such lovely people, we felt we had known each other for years by the time we left. Thank you so much.

Nest above Llangollen (Nyth)

ChrisRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
An absolute gem. Stunning scenery, worth a visit just for the view when you wake up. A small but well thought out space, perfect and all you need for a countryside getaway. Mari was super helpful and messaged us back quickly with questions we had. Llangollen is just a short drive or a steep walk down the hill. Definitely worth a visit. We very much enjoyed our stay, especially watching the sheep in the field opposite with a cup of tea in bed.

Columba Lodge, St Conan's Escape: Home with a view

WillowRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. Richard and Hazel were incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was ideal—incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The little thoughtful touches, from the comfortable bedding to the well-stocked kitchen, made us feel right at home. As we had the dogs with us, the host left dog treats and had a choice of dog toys from the ‘dog library’.
