Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could enjoy a wonderful long weekend. Upon arrival we received a welcome visit from James, who was very helpful and informative. The house was even better than we had expected and had everything we could have asked for. It comfortably fit 12 people. We thankfully had beautiful weather so made good use of the outdoor space and bbq. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this property to my friends and family. Thank you 🤩

A great place for a group gathering - 12 single beds! And the living spaces are well laid out and spacious. Outdoor area good too. It's a bit lacking character but made up for by the practicalities. It's very near the beach and convenient for access to boscombe and central bournemouth. Can recommend.

Honestly one of the best properties I have booked, such an easy check in process host is very friendly and responsive. Property is beautiful everything matches the photos and looks even better in person.

This place is wonderful! beautifully clean, tidy, comfy beds and furniture and some nice touches like a big bag of popcorn in the cinema room! There was so much space for the whole family and the house caters for all age groups...and the dog! We had mostly great weather and so went to Goodrington Beach for the morning which was only 10 mins away, but could have spent the whole weekend in the house no problem, as it was so well equipped. Would highly recommend for a big family get-together...we will be returning!

Mike and Pamela were fantastic, very helpful and responsive. the house was huge! so much space and really well equipped. games for the kids, hot tub, lots of cutlery and crockery, plenty of pillows and towels. everywhere felt clean too. location was good, we didn't walk far as dad walks with a stick and brother on crutches! but you could have easily. plenty of retail parks nearby and the marine lake was a lovely walk. would absolutely recommend!

First of all our host Hannah is great from start to finish. Very helpful and responsive. The house is clean, well located and quiet, literally minutes of drive from Bicester village. The neighbourhood is great with access to restaurants and supermarkets. Great value for money, great host and amazing location. Will absolutely recommend, perfect for family stays visiting Oxford and Bicester.

Lisa was very accommodating, welcoming and responsive. Her house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was great and we had a lovely holiday as two families with children. We had a particularly wonderful time playing in the garden and at Liverpool Watersports Centre.

We booked this Airbnb as a family of 8 adults and a dog and it was perfect! Great size, great location and amazing views. Would definitely come back here!

A beautiful holiday home, with everything you need and more. The house was so homely, my grandchildren really appreciated the toy room. I love the kitchen being downstairs with the little garden. Hannah is really helpful and lovely. This is my favourite holiday home in Barmouth now. The weather was good too for April and we took a train ride to Fairbourne and enjoyed the steam train too. A beautiful friendly and scenic place for people of all ages.

This is not a house, it’s a home. It has everything you need for the family to be comfortable right from the moment you arrive with something for everyone. Standout for the young children a fab garden with an awesome trampoline. Standout for the adults space and comfort to totally relax. What takes it from great to exceptional are the thoughtful touches …… and there are a lot but it’s most of all the welcome and hospitality of Kay our host who kept in touch to make sure all was well and gave us brilliant tips on where to go suitable for each of our parties needs. We had a great short break and the house was perfect and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. The hot tub was brilliant and the proactive emails, instructions and support from Rob were first class. Would definitely recommend.

Visited for my hen do as a group of 7 girls. Beautiful place. Beautiful grounds / surroundings. Lovely to see the animals and kept so nicely. Very friendly and flexible hosts. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again 🥰

What a wonderful weekend we had! I celebrated my 60th birthday there. A charming Barn with lots of character. Lovely & welcoming with a special cake and birthday decorations. Treats & a bed for the dog too! All my family thoroughly enjoyed it! Lolly, the facilities manager, was really friendly and helpful before we arrived and available all weekend with any issues we had that were resolved so quickly. Thank you Lolly! We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

We had a really lovely time in this beautiful home. The pools (swimming and table!) were a real hit with all of us. The little ones loved running in the garden and playing football as well as swimming. We had a very relaxing time celebrating a big event.

Amazing stay from start to finish. This property has something to do for everyone, if you’re staying in or going for a walk you can’t be disappointed!

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Excellent barn to stay on with fantastic grounds and fabulous pool and hot tub. David is an attentive host and deals with any issues instantly Highly recommended

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

This was the second time I’ve stayed in one of Peter and Doreen’s properties. They are always such wonderful hosts and are very accommodating. We visited Pentrenant Hall as a group of 19; 5 families with children ranging from 2 years old to 5 years old. The venue was perfect for us; the kids loved the bunk rooms and the huge dining room. The grounds are well cared for and provided an exciting and safe place for our children to explore. They particularly enjoyed toasting marshmallows by the fire pit outside! The adults managed to take advantage of the hot tub a couple of times too which was a lovely treat! And a few competitive games of table football in the games room. Overall a fantastic stay - we are already making plans to return next year!

We had a very pleasant stay at Cedar House with our small children. The living quarters are very spacious, well designed and have everything you need. The pool and spa area is impressive (even if it comes at an extra cost), it was well worth and the kids loved having the entire pool to themselves. There is also a small play area as well as a ping pong table and other games to keep them entertained. We love the area, Bosham is stunningly beautiful and the beaches of the Witterings are a short drive away. Overall a great family stay, we would like to be back!
