This is our 2nd time staying here and we were happy again! Works out perfectly for us and they are attentive even when we have extra needs. Very clean, quaint and comfortable bed. It would be nice if the tv were in the bedroom.

We had a great stay at Masha's place! Super close to downtown New Paltz area, but far enough away it was quiet at night.

Quiet and peaceful Enjoyed my morning walk and the local rail transition trail was enjoyable. Very clean and totally functional. Cooked breakfast each morning. Tim Horton coffee was a welcome surprise! The recommendation for bagels went well. Two Bakers Dozen. Enjoyed getting to know the hosts. You’ll enjoy them and the area.

Jenny and Franky’s studio is absolutely lovely! I felt totally at home there. It was beautifully set up, clean and cozy. I enjoyed watching birds and the stunning sunsets from the deck. The hot tub was delightful and added to the peaceful atmosphere. Jenny and Franky are both generous and friendly hosts. I would happily stay in their studio again!

Very comfortable. Felt safe. Pulling into the driveway was a bit scary because during night time you cannot tell where it ends and there is no guardrail.

Brian's place is like the Swiss Army knife of airbnbs: it had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Functional, highly comfortable, and well-equipped, I found it to be an ideal homebase for long days spent on the surrounding trails. Brian is a generous and accommodating host and I look forward to booking with him again in the future. I highly recommend a stay here!

Adah was a clear communicator. Very friendly and helpful with local restaurant recommendations. The room was bright and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the artwork that was displayed throughout. Though we didn’t spend much time, we did wish there was one more comfy chair to relax before bed. The bathroom was clean and we were provided with towels. The location was conveniently located not far from local attractions and was perfect for what we needed for the night. I would’ve liked it to be a little more affordable, but overall we were happy and would stay again. No tv. Not a big deal for us, but something to note if that’s something you use frequently

We stayed at Lori's place for a weekend. Great and peaceful location, it even has a little lake on the property! Very nice and quiet place surrounded by nature; a pleasant contrast to the NYC. Communication was great, and check-in/check out were a breeze. Everything was exactly as described. Thank you!

This stay was perfect. The area is peaceful and the hosts are available if you need anything. You have access to sights around upstate NY. Great getaway weekend.

Lovely place overlooking the Hudson River. We were a family of four people visiting extended family for Thanksgiving. The place provided a calm and pleasing place to lay our heads away from family which was about a 12 minute drive over the bridge near Vassar campus. Of note: I didn't realize this was below someone's home while it was fine for us, that is not my preference. Second I didn't realize though well noted in photos, no kitchen. I think en-suite didn't register in my mind. So no microwave or kitchen sink which for us was a drawback. BUT, the place is so cozy, the views are amazing. If you are there in warmer weather I am sure it would so great to sit outside and take in the view. If it was just my husband me on vacation and no need for more food storage I would come back in a heart beat. Seems well located for getting places of note in the Valley. Hyde Park maybe 20 minute drive.

Studio was super well decorated and clean. Outdoor area is amazing!

I was in New Paltz to attend a pretty intense personal growth and development training and coming back to Sarah's each night was so nice and peaceful. The yard surrounding the house was charming by day and by night, sleeping with the windows open was incredibly tranquil. I highly recommend staying at Sarah's if you are ever in the New Paltz area.

John & Anne's place was great! We had a wonderful stay there! The room was very clean and spacious and fit our family of 4 very comfortably. And we totally devoured the Russian tea cookies left as a treat, they were excellent! In the morning was super peaceful and quiet listening to birds sitting on the small deck. We would absolutely stay again, and thank Anne & John for their hospitality.

Stayed for a long weekend for a wedding! Place was exactly as shown in photos and very clean! Bryan was extremely easy to work with and responded to any questions we had very fast. Very peaceful neighborhood and quiet. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Bryan!! 5

Julie’s guest suite fit my needs perfectly for an overnight stay. It was tastefully decorated, private and in walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops & more. Julie lives in the house and greeted me when I arrived. Highly recommend.

Liz had a very comfy and cozy home. We were able to use the fireplace and jacuzzi in the backyard and take a yoga class in the morning. She was very responsive and the check in process was super easy. There's a distillary next door and the restaurant on the other side clay @ wildflower farms had delicious food!

Everything is new and looks like a remodel above the garage, so the corner of the Airbnb is slanted because of the roof but it was very comfortable and clean. Great communication and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Eric’s place was perfect for me and my daughter during our stay in Saugerties. Very close to HITS and many restaurants. The place was exactly as described. Easiest check in and his place was very clean. A great place that I would recommend to anyone!

Sarah’s place was everything I dreamt of and more. I had the blessing of celebrating my 30th birthday here with my mom and best friend and Sarah went above our expectations. She provided us with yummy eggs for breakfast and was extremely responsive and ensured our stay was nothing short of magical. The ambiance of the interior of the home is so cozy and warm. I felt like I traveled back in time. The surroundings were truly breathtaking. Thank you Sarah for helping me have the best birthday I’ve ever had.

This house is tucked away, about a 20 minute beautiful drive from Woodstock, and less than 10 to Tannersville. The stay was very peaceful, and the view of the night sky was breathtaking. Was a very cozy place to stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended!
