Room's kitchen door leads to a sprawling backyard with a grill to every room, picnic tables and a community Fire Pit for gathering and roasting marshmallows. We are located in a quiet spot, yet conveniently right off route 28.

Comfortable, rustic Catskills 1940s queen bed motel room, a quick walk from the Esopus Creek and Main Street Phoenicia. Miles of amazing hikes nearby, 10 minutes to skiing. This Inn Room features a queen bed, private bathroom with shower, mini fridge, Cable TV with DVD player (and access to our popular DVD library), and shared outdoor common areas with picnic tables, charcoal grill and seasonal firepit. This 60's motel has recently been renovated and is a hidden gem in the Catskills. The location is 2 hours north of NYC and accessible to the many incredible parks, hikes, local breweries and restaurants in the area. Minnewaska State Park is a short 10 minute drive. The area and motel is perfect for a quiet country getaway, an adventurous outdoor escape or a gathering of good friends.
