A beautiful and thoughtfully reconstructed house. It has everything you could need to enjoy a very chill time at the house indoors and outdoors or even cook a meal in. Kid friendly.Beautiful light. Beautiful views. Very convenient location. Kind hosts. We have stayed at a few places around town but this was by far our favorite house.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful modern home in Wallkill, NY. Tucked away on a quiet street with plenty of privacy from the surrounding trees, it felt like the perfect escape from the city. My favorite part was the open-concept kitchen and living area, with expansive windows that made it feel like I was immersed in nature while still enjoying the comfort of being indoors. It was the ideal space to rest, relax, and recharge. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend this home!

Scott's place was great. We were so relaxed and felt right at home. We will be going back which is the best compliment I can give an AirBnB. The views were beautiful!

These are the places you look for on Airbnb:) it is lovely! Sylvia is also a great host, very responsive and New Paltz itself is a great little town with lots of restaurants, bars and shops!

The place is super cozy with a great view of the river. Perfect spot for a getaway from the city. Erik and family were great hosts too. Would definitely recommend!

I booked this Airbnb because I loved the way the house looked and I liked the way how the host responded and treated me. It was a great experience and I want to apologize about the cigarette buds we left at some spots outside of the property. But this was by far one of the best Airbnbs to get, it will be 100% worth it.

We felt right at home in this beautiful home and surrounding space. It’s an older home with quirks, but tons of charm! It was very well stocked, with clear labels and instructions. Yanna was extremely responsive with great recommendations. Great location to explore Kingston and nearby surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the front porch and deck perfect for morning coffee while the kids enjoyed the hammock and tent! We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfortable home. Mark & Whitney's place is absolutely gorgeous. It is much much bigger than it looks in the photos, but it is just as gorgeous if not more. I highly recommend staying here, I stayed for a little "staycation" and it was just perfect.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The house was very clean and spacious, the views were amazing. Susanna was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed very much staying at the house. We would love to come back.

This place is great, and we had a wonderful time. The location is perfect to explore the area around New Paltz (or the town itself.) The apartment is spacious and well organized. It does not have a full kitchen, but with all the appliances provided, including a plug-in two-burner induction stove, we had no problems cooking all of our meals. The basketball hoop in the driveway was the highlight of the trip for my kids. Last but not least, the hosts are very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

Lovely home, plenty of space. A little hard to get in and out of the driveway with the snow (even though they were very kind and plowed for us there was just too much snow). I recommend taking a car with 4wd if a snowstorm is supposed to come. Will return in the summertime!

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

The location was great - close to Belleayre and multiple hiking trails. Cozy house, plenty of space for my family. Fireplace, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit were nice touches and made our time enjoyable with plenty to do! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved this cute studio cabin at the end of a quiet lane in the woods. The host was accommodating and left a welcome basket with tea & muffins for our arrival. The whole unit was clean and well maintained with basic equipment for cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the wildlife. Convenient location for Woodstock for coffee and food, & Ashokan reservoir for walking and cycling. There were a few potholes on the access road to the property which deer use to drink from (☺️). We loved that the cabin was bug free and did not have any trace of bug spray! (We get very bad reactions to that stuff). Thank you for hosting & being respive. Recommend for a weekend 👍🏼

Amazing location with a gorgeous yard! The house was fully stocked, making it a breeze to cook for our guests. Joseph was incredibly communicative and immediately took care of a minor issue in the basement. We had such a peaceful, bucolic stay—perfect for runners with lots of hills to explore. And the pool toys added so much fun to our weekend! Highly recommend!

It was our son's spring break so we decided to take a family trip to NY to visit my in laws and also so my mom can finally meet them. We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for us! We will definitely stay here again !!!

I booked Nidhi's place for one night for myself and a guest to attend a show at Bearsville. The placement of everything, inside and outside, created an intentional sense of comfort. My guest arrived after me - without a thought, we ended up at the kitchen table talking for hours before the show. Again, the placement of this conversation spot felt intentional, but only after we found ourselves engaged in it. The outdoor surroundings are utilized to not only accent, but to enhance the indoor setting. The whole experience felt private and safe, and allowed us to share a really precious window of time for reconnection and decompression. In addition to the appealing aesthetics (the chosen blue for that kitchen!), the bedding was a treat to come back to at the end of the night - so inviting and equally comforting to find yourself wrapped up in in the morning. Nidhi so kindly messaged me out of concern for the very high winds we were experiencing (prepared with a generator), but no issue.

We loved our stay at Avtar’s and Sam’s place. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and had great recommendations for things nearby. The home is extremely well decorated and had all the amenities we were looking for (hot tub, sauna, and plenty of space to lounge and hang out). Perfect for our extended upstate vacation!

Nicki's cabin was perfect for my husband and dog during a 2 night stay for the weekend. The cabin is located in a private and peaceful location. Perfect for birding right from indoors in the early morning. Spent cozy nights by the indoor fireplace. Our pup also loved the outdoor space. I highly recommend to anyone visiting to the Catskills mountain for the first time. Woodstock is also close by, we may return again!

The Lilac House is the ultimate dream AirBnB! Kathy is the most communicative, proactive, and thoughtful host I've ever encountered. My group felt like we were being personally attended to and had a true bed and breakfast experience, despite Kathy not being physically present. The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly imagine you'd need. We had such a relaxing fantastic weekend, birdwatching from the hot tub. The area is great, with Kingston just a 15 minute drive away, and such a cool town! Rhinebeck is a bit further out but also great. Great food and hikes to be had all over.

Couldn't have imagined a better getaway in nature. On the property sits all the most natural attributes of what beautiful Upstate NY is known for: expansive grassy yard, large rocks, tall trees, abundance of moss and a bog at the bottom of a backyard forrest. His neighbours and their dogs are friendly but kept to themselves. In such a secluded area, it felt comforting and safe to be in close proximity to other people that we didn't necessarily have to interact with. The actual place is cozy and perfect in size, no frills but absolutely every appliance or amenity I could think of needing was there. the presence of benevolent spirituality in text and decoration, from Jesus to Kali Yuga, could legitimately be felt. Surrounded by so much darkness at night, there was imminent lightness inside hoot's roost.

Jason's home was lovely and accurately described & appointed - my friends and I spent a wonderful weekend with our pups and were even blessed by some snow! The fireplaces (yes - two!) were a great add-on and we were super excited to relax and enjoy all the home has to offer. Thanks so much again Jason! :)

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.
