This property was perfect - great location, felt like home, and was super clean. The hot tub was a big bonus and the proximity to the ocean was really nice. Akiko gave a ton of recommendations nearby, all spot on. Great restaurants, great beaches and just a wonderful area to explore. Thank you!

Kan's place is located in a really peaceful but still easily accessible part of the city that we really enjoyed. Kan provided a lot of detailed information to help get around the area and reached out often to provide any help we might need during our stay. He is very responsive, and you can tell a lot of care goes into his guests. Kan also put in a lot of extra effort to make their AirBnB feel very welcoming and personalized to us, which was a really pleasant but great way to start our trip in Tokyo. Check-in is flexible, with a lot of detailed instructions and images to guide you. The house feels very unique to stay in, and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into designing a warm and comfortable space to stay in. It's a quieter neighborhood that always felt relaxing to wake up to in the morning, or come back to in the evenings - Definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

We had such a lovely time at the guest house. Cielétoile drove us around and showed us lots of great local spots!! The guest house was very cozy and had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and happy to help with anything we needed!

We had a great time at N's listing! There were perfect instructions given for checkin, checkout, and the local recommendations were very helpful for us. The apartment was just as shown in pictures, and was quite comfortable for a family of four. It was quiet yet close to everything. We enjoyed walking to the supermarket and 7-eleven every morning. Could easily navigate to Shinjuku and Nishi-Shinjuku stations, even with luggage.

The views are as advertised and the onsen was amazing, very easy to use. The location is somewhat remote but that was clearly mentioned in the property description. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would 100% recommend!

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. It’s our number one favorite country to come back again and again Thank you Yukari for allowing us to stay at your place and for being so nice to us

Qiaoling was the BEST host we ever had! She is passionate in providing the best stay for her guests. She was so responsive and helped to cater to our needs. She helped to transport our luggages to and from the train station, provided fruits, drinks, ice cream, snacks, etc for us! She went above and beyond what is expected from a host. The accommodation itself was extremely clean and functional. She provided all the toiletries and supplies. It’s like staying in a hotel but better! It was a short 8 minute walk to the JR Koiwa station, which we used everyday. Location was perfect in that it was close to 2 grocery stores and lots of stores and restaurants. There was also a direct bus (SS07) that took us to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea from the JR Koiwa station bus terminal. It did take an hour but the best part was that it had no transfers so we were able to take an hour nap to and from Disney, which was wonderful!! 1000% recommend! Thank you so much Qiaoling! We didn’t want to leave!

Very comfortable. Good ventilation with windows with screens. Excellent bath. Good cooking facilities. Short walk from train station and to beach. A delightful apartment with a lofted sleeping room. Clean and cozy. Would return without hesitation.

We had a comfortable stay here. It was a little cold but the bathtub was nice. It has a great yard and a complete kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the host was polite.

I had a relaxing time with my dog. Izu Kogen has many dog-friendly inns and shops, It would be quite expensive for more than two people, so I'm glad I was able to stay at this price. The interior was stylish and well cleaned, and it was a comfortable environment. There was a dog food bowl and a sheet provided. There was a full set of cooking utensils, so I was able to cook what I wanted on the same day without any problems. The coffee was also delicious.

Yuko's place was one of the best places we have stayed in Japan. First time having mattresses that won't make your back sore! The light blocking blinds were also a plus. The place was comfortable, clean and very cozy. We would love to stay again in the future.

The BBQ and sauna were both great. Clean and would highly recommend.

I stayed with a large number of friends, but the tatami mat room was spacious and very open, and it was a cold day, but the heating worked well and I had a comfortable stay. Most importantly, the host was friendly!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Mari and Riku were very friendly and helpful. The bikes were really fun to use to ride around the park while the cherry blossoms floated down around us. The stay was everything we had hoped and more.

The Asakusa Line, Stop 04, Entrance/Exit A1 was a game-changer for us, making our subway adventures super convenient and fun!

I stayed here for 7 nights and 8 days with my son's family coming to Japan.It was close to Narita Airport, and I had plenty of time without rushing about the time of my flight. There was a drug store within walking distance, and there were two road stations within a 30-minute drive, so we could enjoy locally grown vegetables and fruits.There is also a large supermarket, so I didn't find it inconvenient at all even for long-term stays.I couldn't ask this time, but there seems to be a dog-friendly cafe and restaurant nearby. The facilities were well equipped, and the number of rooms was just right, and I felt like I was at home. Thanks to you, I've been making very nice memories. We'd love to stay again when we visit Chiba.

It was the first time in a long time for my family of four with my daughter and son who was independent on my husband's birthday surprise trip.From the moment you enter the front door There was a nice space, and the whole family had a lot of tension. It was reassuring that you responded quickly to several questions along the way. The surprise was successful, and I had good memories. Thank you also for the late check-out. I'd like to come again. I stayed with my family and pet for one night. The facilities were very good, and I had the impression that there was nothing missing. In addition, there were many luxury brands of furniture and equipment, and I felt the owner's attention to detail. We had a very satisfying stay with the whole family with BBQ, fire, karaoke, and movie watching. I want to stay there again.
