We had a fantastic stay at Reiko’s place in Machida! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was super convenient, with a grocery store and a 7-11 just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials. The nearest train station is about a 12-15 minute walk, and from there, you can reach most parts of Tokyo in about an hour, making this a great spot for those who want a peaceful stay with easy city access. Reiko was an absolutely wonderful host! She lives downstairs, but the apartment is completely private on the upper floor. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even leaving us some delicious food and snacks upon check-in, which was such a warm welcome after a long journey. Communication was smooth, and she was always available for any questions. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay with a truly exceptional host, this is the perfect place. We would love to stay here again!

The hot spring was good.We also enjoyed the sauna.The theater room was also good. It was unfortunate that the barbecue grill fire was quickly extinguished due to strong winds, and as a result, we were unable to barbecue, but the meat was also burned in the oven, so it was a result.

My fiance and I stayed here for a week. The place was in pristine condition. It is definitely bigger than a typical mid range hotel room in Tokyo. We loved that there were a lot of hangers in the rack. We slept fine during most of the stay. It only got a little noisy outside on 1 night so we really didn't have to use the earplugs they provided. Shower area was indeed a bit small but we didnt mind because it was squeaky clean and we had small body frames. Our host Nanase was also very kind and accomodating. Overall, we recommend this place 💛 Also, if you have heavy luggages, use exit no. 3 otherwise you can use exit no. 7 as it is closer ☺️

It was nice to have a clean facility, and it was nice to have a jacuzzi and a hot spring.

Good position, just near the beach. You can have a BBQ in night while listening to the singing of wave, very good experience. Just room is a little bit small.
