This is such a well designed cute studio apartment with a nice roof terrace. It has everything we needed the location is convenient and also quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to one back one day.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Nice place , still new fresh and clean, everything I needed was there, comfortable bed, powerful A/C, great location 5 minute walk to Sky Tree and Train stations with connections to anywhere in Tokyo, Responsive hosts very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Host and co host were responsive and aided with queries. location was walkable to surrounding points of interest. metro station was within 10 mins walk. well equipped Airbnb. with lift definitely made the stay easy for family with kids or multiple luggages the stay easy and stress free. Definitely try it.

Pearl was an amazing host for our first time in Tokyo! Toshima City was unexpectedly beautiful and peaceful - a little bit of city and a little bit of suburb with lots of great food and friendly people to meet. We met great people through Pearl’s local recommendations, and the overall stay was great!

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! A very nice place to stay! It was compact yet equiped with everything you could want like a washing machine, a balcony and a small kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy and a huge bonus was the view from the balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Two train lines are nearby. A bus station is right outside the apartment. On top of that was our host very quick to respond to our problems and frequently asked if they could help us in any ways. We felt welcomed, relaxed and pleasant throughout our entire stay and would definetly come back here <3

Central location to get to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Plenty or restaurants options and easy access to public transportation. Would stay again.

We chose Minato because it’s closed to Roppongi, Azabudai and Ginza. It’s more private neighborhood. Not too far from lots of eateries and nice restaurant. You can see the beauty of Tokyo Tower at night when you walked around the area. The host warned us about noise because of the thin wall but our stay was pleasant. There was no noise. We didn’t even realize there were 3 other families in the building. We liked that the elevator was private and connected to the entrance of the room straight. The place was immaculate. Bed and pillows were comfortable. 2 people were just nice or 2 people with 1 child. Communication was easy. Our flight was delayed and had to do a late check in. We were going to be late to our restaurant reservation. We contacted the team and they helped us call and change reservation time. My feedback would be providing amenities like shower caps and toothbrush. If you do laundry at 2-3 am, there was no one using the laundry. There are 2 washing machine but 1 dryer

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

Yuichi was very easy to communicate, he was kind and very accommodative. Checkin process was easy, the treats are touching, and hot spring was an absolute bonus! The stuff was kind too.

Great stay! Super cosy and cute to finish off our trip in Japan. Loved the balcony, doesn’t seem that many places in Japan have one or at least one big enough to sit on comfortably. This one was the perfect size. Also great walking distance to a train station and walking distance to the main strip itself.

Yuko-san is very friendly, accommodating and responsive! Highly recommend her airbnb, laundry is also very effective — dryer works well!

We had a wonderful stay at the penthouse. It was very urban and sleek atmosphere with a view of a skyline. The host was very communicative and kind. Highly recommended.

Nori-san's place is great, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you'll be close to many shops and restaurants while also being close to the train station to explore more of Tokyo. Nori-san also provided good recommendations close by which was appreciated. No complaints, I would stay here again if I get the chance.

The host was very quick to respond. The location was perfect and quiet. Everything was close. I cant say enough good things.

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Very spacious, very close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also fully equipped, the host is very friendly, and luggage can be stored.

I am really satisfied with my choice of staying at Miyabi-no-Yado on this trip to Tokyo!The house is neat and cozy, meticulously arranged, even the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept very well.The bathroom is clean and bright, toiletries, bath towels (disposable) are well prepared, you really don't need to bring anything, it's very convenient👏 The room is sunny and very quiet. On the day of check-in, I arrived a little earlier than scheduled. The host was very thoughtful and helped me store my luggage in advance. He also carefully placed it in the room. The service really exceeded expectations.✨ In addition, the host was super friendly. Not only did he reply quickly, but he also proactively recommended a few hidden super delicious shops. We went to eat pasta and izakaya. It was really delicious and had a good atmosphere.🍝🍶 In short, whether it's the facilities, services or atmosphere, Yu Yuan Su makes me feel at home🌿 If I come to Tokyo again, I will definitely choose this place!

Again we had a brilliant time at Akari san's apartment this year, Staying Akari san's place is one of highlight of our trip. The reason for this is not only the flat's location, size, layout and ease of use, I always feel at home. The rooms had been renovated and I could feel the story behind Akari's new design in many places. The linen textured walls and the kintsugi (gold-plated wood joinery) that connects the before and after renovation made it clear how much Akari cares about this room and the guests who stay here. The linen was clean and comfortable, and most importantly, every time she remembered that my daughter and I wanted to sleep in separate areas, and was thoughtful enough to set up a comfortable bed in the living room for us. The only drawback is that this room is too popular and it is difficult to book the expected number of days. This can't be helped, but we hope to be able to stay a little longer next year than we did this year.

For Tokyo, with this price, it's really a bang for your buck! Ventilation and window wasn't that great, but the place is spacious and comfortable. It got everything you need. What I like is the shared room where you can cook, wash or even talk with other guests. The access is 24/7 using lock pin. Min also provides a personal coffee set for his guests to brew coffee, mmm.. nice!! Just beware that the toilet doesn't have bidet. Overall it was a nice experience! The location also walkable to metro and bus. Min is also very supportive host! He replied blazingly fast in case of problem! During check-in, Min waited in front of the place to guide us. He also offers free drink in his coffee shop, sadly we missed it because of our busy schedule :( I would definitely come again if I visit Asakusa in the future.

Great stay and host was super responsive. I accidentally booked an extra night before we got there and they left us some money as a partial refund for that night.
